Our stay at this modern and elegant home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home for our family of 8. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate everyone comfortably. The host was incredibly proactive and communicative, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We appreciated all the little touches that made the house feel warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish yet cozy place to stay! Thanks for the hospitality Andrew.

This was our second visit to Linda’s place and was wonderful as usual. Convenient to FSU and in a very private, peaceful location. We cooked breakfast in and the unit had everything we needed including cooking spray, a Keurig, k cups and coffee creamer provided by Linda! Kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds sign under the sprawling oak trees. We will definitely be back when visiting Tallahassee!

I'm a college professor and I took the 5 undergraduates in my lab on an insect-collecting trip to Florida over spring break. We spent 2 nights at David's place. The students were amazed that our funding sources could afford and condone such luxury. I explained that for the 6 of us it was actually cheaper than getting the 3 standard motel rooms we would need otherwise. Later they complained about the sulfur smell of the water (which David had warned me about in a private message before accepting our reservation, and which I had warned the students about), and I pointed out that the smell was probably why we could afford to stay there. They said they didn't mind the smell that much after all.

Great place very responsive and pleasant this place is definitely a go to for me will definitely be back.

Our stay was fantastic and the house is absolutely beautiful with so many little details and eclectic decor. Such a great stay for our large group. I highly recommend it and we plan to come back next time family is in town!

This place was absolutely amazing! We wished we had stayed more than a weekend! The house was super clean, the lake view and back area was incredible, and the community itself was super cool! We fished all weekend and caught a bunch of fish. They don’t list this but they have 2 kayaks for you to use too! We’ve stayed in MANY airbnbs over the years and I’ve never seen them stock drinks and snacks so we thought that was a nice touch too!! Loved this place!!!!

Having plenty of chairs helped. The lodging was homey. The bed was a little too firm for me. I had problems with the barn-style bathroom door. I hunted for light switches for a while before I realized motion detectors activate the lights. I chose this room because of its location near Jefferson Correctional Institution

Picture perfect wedding for our son and his new bride. Host was extremely helpful with wedding vendors, ideas and more. We stayed the week and could not have picked a more perfect space for our small celebration. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The wedding photos are stunning.
