Lou Alice's Sheep's meadow cottage stay was one of the best places we stayed so far. Loved feeding the Sheep's. Place was very clean, had everything we needed and very close to the city. Host also kept some snacks and other essentials which was very thoughtful of them. Will definitely recommend and stay here again next time visiting Cookeville.

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

I felt so at home and welcome at Jongee’s place. Adorable space and complete with every homey touch, as though my family had set me up in a place to rest and decompress after a long journey! I am so happy I made the connection to her AirBnB. Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful, clean and secluded. We enjoyed this home and would definitely stay again. Eric was very responsive and helpful and an all around wonderful host. I would recommend this home to any couple who is looking to get away and spend some quality time together. Would be a great honeymoon or anniversary place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at this home in Sparta. It was very close to everything in town, but at the same time quiet and private at the home. Beautiful back yard with and incredible view of the calf killer river. House was very clean and cozy. Lots of games and ping pong table. Didn’t have time for fishing this trip, but looked like a great spot. Jessica was very kind and made our stay hassle free, would definitely stay here again, 5 stars!

Great place for a short weekend stay with friends. About half an hour from Fall Creek Falls, which is why we were there. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, cozy, comfy retreat, look no further! We loved everything about Ron and Joyce’s place. They obviously care very much about their guests’ experience and have included too many thoughtful details to mention. We really couldn’t have been happier and only wish we could have stayed longer.

The Preston Loft was great! Just as expected, easy check in/out, and the place exceeded our expectations. The place is so cute we felt like home and almost slept the day away in that comfy bed. Games, WiFi, & complete privacy made it all the better! We brought our fur baby with us and he enjoyed it too from the yard to the stairs 😂! Thanks to our hosts! They provided clear easy Instructions, recommendations to navigate their town, and everything else we could think of- even a water purifier! We hope to be back soon.

It was beautiful. Clean, cute, and perfect for my inlaws. A bathroom in each bedroom was much appreciated by my sister in law who drove them here! Close to town, so we could grab food to go and hang out and talk in the townhouse. They came a day early and Jeff got us in a day before we were scheduled. Quick response time. Will definitely recommend for the others who come to visit.

We loved the place so much that we're going to have a retreat there. The ambiance, the surroundings of forest and waterfalls at City Park were amazing. Lots of cool restaurants and things to do.

My husband and I stayed in RiverBru back in October of last year and, because of the excellent stay Darcy provided, decided during our trip that we were going to gift a visit to my in-laws for Christmas last year. They finally got to cash in on their gift this past weekend and had nothing but great things to say, which came at no surprise to us! Despite the weather, they reported they had an “excellent stay.” “They thought of everything you could think to need on a vacation.” My mother-in-law was amazed at all the things they thought to include in the home! Exactly as pictured! A quiet, peaceful getaway! We would highly recommend to all!

Carol was a sweetheart! She communicated with me promptly since before we checked in. She made chocolate chip cookies for my kiddos and had the fridge stocked with food for our breakfast. She stopped by to say hi after we checked in and was super kind to my daughter who was running around trying to play with the animals! We loved our stay and we definitely want to come back!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here with our pup. It was perfectly relaxing, peaceful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. There’s plenty of kitchen appliances, coffee and coffee maker, games, yoga mat, bubble bath supplies, streaming services etc I could go on and on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay here. We will be recommending this to our friends! Thanks Anthony!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.

The Little Lake house was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend! The location was quiet and we were able to unwind and relax. Entering the home, we were impressed by how spotless and clean the living space was. There were plenty of utensils, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment etc. for us to use as well. The bedrooms were clean and had extra blankets to use out in the living space. Jeff and Jill were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or comments! I would recommend this home as there are a lot of nature trails/falls to visit surrounding the area. It’s a wonderful place to wind down and relax in where you can just sit outside and listen to nature!

My wife and I didn’t want to plan a huge trip after our wedding so we decided to go hike at Fall Creek Falls to celebrate. Lana’s cabin was the perfect place to stay while we did that. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a nice private place near so many beautiful state parks.

Colleens place was beautiful and relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer! We were in TN house hunting and now Rock Island is added to our list of favorite areas. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!
