The home has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with custom closets and wide-plank pine floors. The relaxing backyard includes tranquil ponds, covered gazebo, hot tub and seasonal garden. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate large groups or parties due to issues with noise.

I enter though the big gate. Close to restaurants, bars, breweries, golf courses, parks and bike trails. The coast or Mt. Hood are 1.5 hours away. Downtown is 10 minutes away. Multnomah Falls is a half hour away. Hood River is 1 hour. Airport is a little over 20 minutes away. Busses are easy.

Park on the driveway (fits 2, but can fit one more inside the garage and leave the other half for storage only). PETS: $40 one-time cleaning fee plus add as “extra guest”
