To begin the host is friendly and ensures you are given as much details as possible to make the trip great. The place was very quiet. We wanted a quiet area that had snow and this fit the bill. The hot tub was wonderful and quite relaxing. It snowed during our stay which made it experience unique, since most of the group is from the South or Southwest. The house has plenty of space for sleeping. We had 8 people in our group and we were comfortable. I plan to come back for my birthday in the summer months.

It is an extremely spacious home nestled in a small community. Designed for a family of 6, it has two hallway-facing bathrooms to avoid waits. My party of 4 each had a room, and 2 of those rooms had additional beds. So many towels! A hot tub, and a huge kitchen!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing weekend getaway for my friend and I and our pups. The cottage was so cozy, more spacious than expected, and very well maintained. Frank was great at communicating the house rules and everything was laid out clearly. It was clearly off-season for Lakeside because the area was very quiet which was a big bonus for us. We enjoyed some long walks with the dogs and took them to the beach in the evenings to see the sun go down. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and working on the puzzle at the cottage. Would love to come again soon! Thank you Frank!

B’s Retreat was perfect for our weekend trip. The house was adorable and well appointed, with great amenities and charm. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood - walking distance to some excellent local spots as well as the beach. Great location, and thoughtful, communicative host. Absolutely recommend!

Very happy with this house. Large open areas with large, comfy couches. We had 3 generations of our family, busy doing different things but all within sight of each other. Beautiful kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need. Close easy walk to beach. Back yard was great with large hot tub and seating area. We will be renting this house again! Super friendly responsive host.

Great location in adorable Grand Beach! A true old school Beach house perfect for our extended family. Just steps to the beach and a short drive to New Buffalo. We loved it and will be back. Chris was super responsive when we had questions and an issue with the door lock.

Third time staying here - we love this place. Brendon and Bryndal do an amazing job communicating and their place is always clean and in great shape. We like the walking areas near the house for our pup and the disc golf in Michigan City. Always a pleasure to visit - thanks

I've been staying at here every summer for six years now. We love the location, the casual lowkey ambiance, the proximity to the beach and gorgeous sunsets and the comfort of the cottages. The hosts are so easy and flexible, we couldn't imagine a summer without a visit to Elephant Walk!

Perfect couples getaway. We were there in off season so nice and quiet. Great lake views. Hubby was fishing off the dock everyday and I sat on the covered back porch looking at the lake and enjoying my book. Very clean! Great grocery store a few minutes away! Strack & Van Til. Great dinner at the Lighthouse just 5 minutes away. Very nice affordable winter weekend getaway. Jent was amazing. Quick response to questions. There's a piano that's in tune that I missed in the pictures. Would have brought some sheet music.

We really enjoyed our time here. We stayed as a family of four and our dog. The house is very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Our kids loved all the board games, and the backyard was fun for the kids and the dog, too. The living room is spacious and makes you feel right at home. This was our third Airbnb in New Buffalo, and it’s definitely our favorite! Colton and Abbey have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making sure the house has everything you need. They are responsive and friendly hosts. We would stay here again!

We loved Patrick’s place. It’s located right in the dunes, next to the park, with a lovely walk down to the glorious beach. The house is lovely, with contemporary interiors, and very comfortable in all ways. A short drive gets you to downtown miller beach with places to eat out or pick up. Communication with Patrick was excellent. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

We had a great time at Candi’s cabin. Everything was very nice and clean. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores and we particularly enjoyed the screen porch.

Only needed to stay one night, but it was a great home and area to visit. Host was awesome.

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Beautiful views, comfortable and clean accommodations. We had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and kind. Thank you for allowing us to check in a bit early. It really helped after 3 long days of traveling.

This place is a great getaway. If your looking for a place in Miller Beach area and want to see copious amounts of varying wildlife just hanging around then this spot is just what your looking for. The host Blake is very responsive and respectful. I stayed for over a week with my dog and he didn’t want to leave. You won’t either.

This is our second time staying here this summer. We enjoyed it so much the first time we booked again. Great location with tons of good local eats. Christen is very easy to work with and so communicative. The house feels like home- so much that our kids asked when we were moving here. The walk to the beach is short and the privacy of the beach is so nice.

Kayse was very communicative. The place was clean and just a short drive to the beach and restaurants/bars in New Buffalo. Would stay again.
