"La Masia" is a secluded estate with an artistic masterpiece of a house situated between a gorgeous heated pool and direct access to Austin Creek in the quiet Cazadero countryside. *Note the pool is heated from April to Mid October only (since it uses solar). The hot tub is available all year.

Our house is located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood just above downtown Guerneville. The house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a large deck, and a yard lined with enormous olive trees. It is a five minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the Sonoma Coast.
