The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

The apartment was very sufficient for our needs and was clean. The location and people were the real magic of this place! Alex, Angie, and the staff, especially Jen, Bob and Amanda are some of the friendliest and coolest people you will ever meet. We made some forever friends here. It was our first time to the area so having the restaurant and bar, where you get 25% off, and meeting all sorts of interesting people as well as the fabulous staff allowed us to have a unique and amazingly fun experience! Thanks to the highly social atmosphere we found out the best places to go for hikes, waterfalls, restaurants and vineyards as well as other hidden gems that most tourists wouldn’t know about. The lake is amazing for boating, fishing and swimming and they have free Kayaks too. The food and drinks here are also delicious thanks to the smoki’n skills(ribs, brisket) of Chef Bob, & the mixology mastery of Anika! Alex and his staff went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back! 5*

The apartment is beautiful overlooking the river. The back deck is peaceful and relaxing surrounded by beauty foliage and the sound of the river and waterfalls. Not to mention located in downtown with all the restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. I will be back for sure.

Dennis was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and responding to questions. Place was clean and well located. Check in and check out we're smooth.

Beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and communication. Home is older and could use some updating but was very clean with almost everything we needed. We did need to bring our own pack and play etc but we contacted ahead and knew to bring the necessary toddler items which was no problem for our party. Main floor was open and a great gathering space with large dining table. We overall had a pleasant and positive experience and we would stay again.

Lori's place was perfect for our annual visit to the Finger Lakes. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable- the beds are some of the most comfortable we've stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and we were able to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the wineries- there is even a wine cooler for our favorite white wines! The weather was perfect, and we had our coffee on the back deck every morning by the lake, and enjoyed a blazing fire every night! This area offers so much to do and see, and Lori's place is a great location providing waterfront comfort, and close to the wineries and restaurants. We were able to visit Mackenzie Childs, do a free house tour, then shop in the store- highly recommended! We also went to Skaneateles for some fun girls shopping, took the boat tour, and visited Anyelas winery for live music with a beautiful view! Lori's place is perfect for visiting this area, we give it 5 stars!

This was our second stay at Dacha house and I'm certain it won't be our last. Though next year I think I'll have too big of a group for it, I will miss it, as this house means "Cayuga bass fishing adventures" to me. It will be odd getting another place, I'd rather have a smaller group and get this house again. If you stay here you will not regret it! Host is perfect to work with and very accommodating.

Owasco Lake is beautiful - crystal clear - and staying in Adam’s place almost felt like staying on a house boat since it’s RIGHT on/over the water. We loved hearing the waves lapping up against the shore and seeing the sun rise over the lake in the morning. The use of the 3 kayaks was great, and we also brought some inflatable SUPs for our kids - they had a blast on the lake. The house is also close to a Wegmans, a beautiful waterfall (Carpenter Falls), and a great brewery (Aurora Brewing Co). We all had a great time! The neighbors were SUPER friendly and Adam was very responsive to questions. The outdoor fire ‘pit’ on the patio was lovely, and there were plenty of life jackets and towels for the lake. My only complaint is that the house was a bit run down, and the middle bedroom was a bit warm because there was no AC in there. Overall though, a wonderful trip!

My family and I had a great stay over the holidays. The place was as described, with three good sized bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and plenty of common space. Very dog friendly and games available to keep everyone occupied. It’s nicely set back from the road to feel more private and allow the dogs to roam in the yard without worry. We did leash the dogs by the lake because it was partly frozen but not totally. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and watching the snow fall, beautiful spot!

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice views of the frozen lake, while the heating system kept up just fine to keep us warm. Everything as described, and hosts were friendly and communicative.

Stayed at this air bnb for a 4 day fishing trip with 4 other adults. Beautiful house, property, and plenty of room to stay comfortably for 4 nights. Maria and Russ were excellent hosts and were extremely responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing few days in upstate New York.

This place is truly a gem. The layout is perfect for family vacations and the deck was beautiful to hangout and watch the sunset. Everything was organized and had its own spot. I was skeptical of the non scented soaps but the ones provided actually smelled really good and I may look into for myself. This place felt very clean and cozy. We were so sad to leave and will miss the view. We hope to come back soon. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a private family vacation with a view.
