Excellent stay - would come back in a heart beat. The house is more beautiful than the photos. House was clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The pool is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous. A few caveats - they recommend you do not swim from the dock because of risk of crocodiles. Not that they could control this- but wished I had known. The concierge service made me think I would have quick access to help- it’s much slower and required a few attempts to get help. For a return trip it’s a bit tricky to get back. You will need to arrange a return taxi on your own A few tips- el Ben is next door and has good food and drinks Bliss beach is excellent and worth the ride The mosquitos come out to feed in the evening. The locals say they are athletic! Between 430-630 you want to be prepared. We used captain Amado who picked us up for an excellent snorkel tour. Had a dockside pickup

This place was amazing. It felt so cozy and the reception was sooo helpful. One thing I especially loved even though we didn’t utilize them very much, but this place has an amazing knife selection AND a sharpener! Every Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at has had like one dull knife so this was awesome! They also had a lot of pots and pans and the kitchen felt really well stocked. They also provided a lot of fresh water which was really great! 10/10 would stay here again!!

The condominium was fabulous, right on the beach with easy walks to restaurants, shops, small grocery stores and piers for activities. The condo was clean, great air conditioning but with the windows open didn’t need that much. The staff was more than accommodating. They met us at the pier for pick up, very informative about the island and extremely friendly. We loved our stay!

This place was absolutely wonderful! I felt like we had the nicest place and location on the island. The Velento Staff is amazing and so welcoming! We and our three teenage daughters used the pool, dock, and bike rentals every single day. It’s only a few minute bike ride to anywhere on the island and we loved being where it was a little quieter at night. Super easy access to food, restaurants and nightlife. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed the entire Velento resort. We landed at the dock after dark and the staff came out to meet us. The condo was wonderful -- we really liked the air conditioning units in the bedrooms that could be set to different temperatures. The bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was lovely as was the beach area. Renting bikes was very easy and the perfect way to tool around the island. This airport was super close and made for an easy transition back to the mainland. All together, the perfect condo for us.

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

I can’t give this property enough flowers. It is better than the pictures. Don’t wait, booked!

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

Dreams Casa truly exceeded expectations! If you're traveling with family or a big group, this is hands-down the best place to stay in San Pedro and worth every penny. We traveled with our toddler and our parents in April for 4 days. The property is literally walking distance from the airport and an easy 10-minute (or less) walk to just about every major restaurant in San Pedro. No golf cart needed! The house was spotless and spacious. We were able group of 6 and 9 people could comfortably stay here. The beach is easily accessible next door at Ramon's through the front gate (can't use the loungers, but can lay a blanket out). There's a great wine shop across the street and two grocery stores within a 2-min walk. The views are magnificent and I would've been perfectly content just lounging on terrace or rooftop the entire time. Sean and Colleen were gracious hosts - super responsive and communicative. They arranged for a high chair for our baby. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Tina’s slice of Ambergris Caye paradise was all we hoped for and more! It’s perfectly placed south of town for peace and quiet. The water access, beachy sand, and pool provide you with all you need to not need to leave the house if you don’t want to! Booking boating excursions and being picked up on your own private dock is VIP ⭐️ The laundry room is clutch, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of beach towels to not need to pack a single one. Host Eva is more than accommodating. Ask her for recommendations or to book something for you, no problem! We’re hoping Tina will house us again in the future!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

A lovely base for your time on Ambergris Caye. The apartment is modern and thoughtfully designed. The amenities - pool, pool bar, gym etc were great. The pool bar plays music which you can enjoy down there or if it’s not your thing the apartment has great soundproofing! Lori gave us recommendations and was super easy to communicate with. Also great sunset views! Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for 2 couples and centrally located. The pool ended up being a perfect cool down and we even used the grill on a day when our dives were canceled due to windy conditions. The apartment was also pretty spacious and Yunior was always very responsive.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

Lovely stay! We spent a week at Tara del Sol. Suya's Management stayed in touch with us before we left home to confirm arrival times. When we arrived, the unit was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and had everything we needed for a great stay including plenty of towels. We didn't do a lot of cooking in the unit except for breakfast. I made a pot of pasta carbonara for 6 including 4 teenage boys on our last evening. The kitchen had everything I needed. The unit is south of San Pedro so it was very peaceful but there were a couple of restaurants nearby. The boys enjoyed the pool and swimming off the pier. We used Belize Pro Dive for scuba lessons and snorkeling and they picked us up at our pier. We would definitely stay at Tara Del Sol again.

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

Barbara was beyond amazing with providing information, transportation, etc. I have never experienced such a helpful and responsive host. The condo and views are stunning. The people in the area and the folks that Barbara referred us to were all very kind and responsive. We will definitely be visiting again!

We stayed at Sunset Caribe with Mariah for our wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo offered breathtaking sunrise views over the water every morning and gave us unrestricted access to the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, making it easy to relax and enjoy our week. Before our arrival, Mariah provided an incredibly helpful guide with important information about San Pedro, including tips on navigating the island, currency, and a packing list that was perfect for first-time visitors. Her recommendations for food were spot on — every place she suggested was absolutely delicious! During our trip, one of our golf carts broke down and we couldn’t get through to the rental company. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in right away and got the issue resolved for us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. San Pedro is a true gem, and our cozy stay at Sunset Caribe made it even better. Mariah is an amazing host you can count on — Book her!

The condo worked perfectly for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
