We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Very nice place within an estate. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Children enjoyed the bath tub. John the host has been kind to let us check in early. Sadly we had been busy visiting the touristy spots and did not have enough time inside the estate. Will defo come back if we were to visit Cornwall again x

Fantastic find, we will be back for sure! The place was immaculate, I’ve never stayed in such a clean place. The children enjoyed feeding the animals, and playing on the slides and swings. We bought some burgers and sausages on site and they were lovely and very reasonable. Cottage had every essential you could need, very very well stocked in the kitchen with quality utensils and pots and pans (makes such a difference). An absolute gem of a place, will be sure to recommend to friends and family

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

There are not enough superlatives to describe this place, the quality of the accommodation, the best we have ever encounter, in however many years we have been in AirBnBs. The quality of the finish was off the scale, but the best superlative has to be for the view, its is simply stunning, I am so jealous of them, waking up to the view! every day! In the summer it will be great to have your morning brew or evening GnT on the patio, looking at that view, you will never tire of it! Salina could not be more helpful, giving us information on beaches and places to go and eat. By the way the local Chinese is excellent as well!! The location is great, the pool was fab, shame it was May not August, but still great. It's just the best place we have stayed in .......even!! Book it, you will not be disappointed!!

we had an amazing stay at Lorna's place! The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, close to everything. Lorna's also a great host, very responsive and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Beverley’s place in Polruan. The home is immaculate, warm, spotlessly clean and she has covered every detail in a way that most Airbnbs don’t quite manage. The kitchen and living space were perfectly equipped and the master bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, with gorgeous views of the harbour to wake up to. She was great to communicate with and everything was explained clearly in the instruction folder. Thank you Beverly for having us stay in your home!

This Accommodation was very spacious, clean and was in a perfect location. The Host was very welcoming and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns regarding the Property. Would defo stay here again :)

We had a lovely experience staying in this charming cottage, located in the quiet village of Trewalder, just minutes away from Tintagel. Pros: A beautiful, all-wooden cottage with modern bathroom fixtures. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, plus thoughtful extras like dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and biscuits. We enjoyed our first barbecue with friends—coal, wood, and everything we needed was provided. The place was clean, cosy, and very well maintained. Ideal for a larger family or group of friends, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Just a 15-minute drive from Tintagel village. Good Wi-Fi connection and a secure environment. Ample parking space available. The host, Sharon, was responsive and helpful—we were in touch on two separate occasions. Cons: Not much to complain about. Just a heads-up: the location is a bit far if you’re planning day trips to West Cornwall (Penzance, Land’s End, Minack Theatre, etc.), but that’s something to consider when planning

Thank you for the great stay, we were soaking wet in the rain and was worried we will ruin your place but there was everything ready for us to be at home. Dehumidifier and a dryer rack did the trick. The neighbours were lovely and definitely had a peaceful nights rest. Highly recommend.

There's little my review scores don't cover. Host was brilliantly communicative, access was easy, we settled in immediately, everything was described. The kitchen was fantastically equipped with everything we needed and more. We were even greeted with sweet treats. We've hired quite a few properties and this stands out as amazing value for money and truly beautiful. The house was a short walk down a slightly steep, but quiet, road to the beach and Burgh Island beyond. it was stunning and April was a perfect time to visit. The garden is private and extremely secure, even for small dogs. We wanted for nothing and it was a short holiday to remember. Thank you. We felt privileged to stay and hope to return.

There was an unfortunate issue with the cleaning of the cottage prior to our arrival but Annie resolved this immediately and I am sure this was a rare event. Annie was always responsive and clearly wanted our stay to be perfect. The cottage is very comfortable and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The green space we needed for our dog was just a few minutes walk away. Salcombe is one of our favourite places. It has great coastal walks, many places to visit, fine dining and beautiful scenery. We would definitely consider staying in the cottage again should we need a place in Salcombe in the future. Thank you Annie for making our stay so pleasurable.

We booked Blanches House and cottage as we were a group of 14, consisting of 4 families celebrating a 60th Birthday. It was absolutely perfect, just like the photos but there seemed to be so much more. Logs for the fire, lots of games and puzzles, books etc. double sized fridge plus a freezer, lots of pots and pans, cutlery etc. The gardens were stunning, beautifully kept and landscaped in a way that meant that every turn was a surprise, a great playground for young adventurers with rope swings, trampoline, slide and ladder. We all just about fitted around the dining table and managed to do the same around the outside table the following lunch as the weather was glorious. I would say the pictures are accurate, think loved and lived in family home and not clean lined professional rental and you wont be the least bit disappointed.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

My family and I had a great time spending at Nicola’s house . The house was so clean and equipped with all necessary equipments . We loved it !

It was a pleasure to stay in this spacious place, with good amenities around the house. location is good and is well connected. Chloe is a great host and guided us nicely for the pleasant stay.

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Mike and Helens home was the perfect homely base for our family Christmas. The house was decorated and with two log burners was very cosy and festive. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the whole family every night. The location is perfect for visiting places on the North and south coast and there is plenty of parking in the drive for 5 cars. The house is in a very quiet area, which was lovely and the airfield nearby is good for dog walks.

Stayed multiple times now due to works in the area, brilliant host and accommodation. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, the house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience even smoother.

We loved Paradise House. Spent a very happy Easter here with little people and adults. The house was perfect - comfy beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of space, a separate play room and amazing garden to explore in and do an Easter egg hunt in ! Walking into Boscastle is super easy and plenty of great beaches and pubs nearby. Rosy was fab. Highly recommend.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.
