The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

Casita Serena - beautiful, private and serene

Located in north Phoenix, this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse is 12 minutes from downtown Phoenix and the airport, in a vibrant community that boast a wide variety of locally owned businesses, restaurants and shops. It is a five minute walk to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve with beautiful hiking trails. Or just relax in the resort-like yard with pool, hot tub, and sitting areas. Lounge by the pool, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful desert gardens. With Black Mountain a few blocks away it a convenient start to a morning hike. Walk to Local Jonny’s for coffee in the morning or music in the evening, Tonto Bar & Grill is equally as close as are all of the fun shops and other restaurants in this charming town.

Casita Desert Oasis-3 beds-Pool & Hot Tub

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Guest Suite in North Scottsdale/Rio Verde

While we welcome shorter stays, please be aware that we offer a substantial discounts for 7+ and 30+ day stays. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.
