Shane’s place was exactly as described. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect- beach was only minutes away. The location was private and very quiet. Shane was very responsive and stopped to Introduce himself. We will go back to Sunset Beach Sea Trail Resort next year.

For a last minute find for myself everything went so smooth. Would love to rent again when in area.

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

My family and I stayed at Jeff’s condo for a long weekend at OIB. The location was wonderful with just a short walk to the beach, pools and tennis/pickleball courts! My family had enough space to gather and visit inside and on the condo’s deck. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We would absolutely book another stay here!

Great little condo on the beach! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the storage room that had every beach accessory you could ever want!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys, wagon, etc. You don’t need to bring anything! We would definitely stay here again. The deck has great views of the ocean and we even saw a couple of deer on the dunes this morning before we left. We had a great trip!

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

We loved our stay at Jeanna's place! We were offered early check in and late check out without asking, which was so nice to have access longer on each end and thoughtful to offer unprompted. Upon arrival, parking was super easy to get to and so convenient to the apartment. The apartment was such a lovely spot - we even felt so grateful that our dog had a dog bed, toys and treats welcoming him in! The location is unbeatable, with a beach access seconds away and we walked to the boardwalk for dinner most nights. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our 3 night stay. If you are planning to stay for a longer visit, I'd be aware that you'd want to bring foil/ziplock, wine opener, and ice. -- only adding because I placed my grocery order on the way down, hopefully save someone an extra trip ;) Thank you Jeanna, we'll be back 100%!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Wilmington area. A few perks -being able to bring my dog along -It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly one of the CLEANEST Airbnbs by far even with being dog friendly. -the linens/towels were washed in non-scented detergent. As someone who has extreme allergies to scented detergents, I was grateful!! -spacious & beautiful inside and out. -kind and communicative hosts We have already booked another stay for this year!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy and welcoming, with all the comforts of home but still felt like a true vacation. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the walkability to the beach made it even better — just a short stroll and you’re by the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

perfect spot for a beach and food focused getaway for a small family. the beach and restaurants were literally outside within 1-5 minutes walks. definitely needed the sound machines on weekend nights due to the music scene which were provided in each room. the house was well stocked with everything you need. we felt very much at home and we will be back!

Great location in downtown Wilmington!

This is my second time staying at this property and Amy is always super accommodating! I love this spot, it’s my go-to for Carolina Beach trips.

We enjoyed our stay at True North unit 9. The home was super spacious, had nice amenities and beautiful views. Our host was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Sunni's place was convenient, pretty clean, and had stunning views. There were towels and linens for four people, and Sunni was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again for the convenience, views, and beach access alone. Sunni was also very kind.

Tori is one of the best host I have ever worked with. Great communicator and very easy to work with. I will always be glad to rent any property that she is the host of. Can't stress how much she did to make our trip memorable. Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this condo and had a great visit. The unit was lovely and Suzanne the hostess provided everything we needed for our stay, including snacks, and a cart for hauling beach supplies. The walk to the pier was quick and easy as well as the walk to the beach. Very nice weekend away!

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!

Dana's place exceeded my expectations! The condo was more spacious than I thought and well kept. There was extra towels, pillows, linens, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and pantry items. The location is perfect! It's just a few steps from the ocean and the pool is right outside the door. The residents and/or guests were super nice and helpful. I'll def be back;In fact, already planning my next stay!

This stay was perfect - great view with a quick and easy walk to the beach. Don’t think just book! You won’t regret it.
