The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Completamente ristrutturata posizione con vista mozzafiato sul Valdarno. Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

Appartamento composto da 1 camera matrimoniale , cucina attrezzata, ampio soggiorno e bagno Tv, BBq, ( mettiamo a disposizione la lavatrice dalle 9 alle 20 che è nella nostra lavanderia a chi ne fa richiesta ) . Consigliamo l'auto in quanto abitiamo in campagna, sia per essere indipendenti , sia per visitare la magnifica toscana Ti piacerá l'ambiente esterno perché é magico di giorno e di notte Parcheggio e wifi gratis Posizione strategica per visitare la Toscana e l'Umbria.

Ideale per trekking, turismo enogastronomico (a pochi km si trovano alcune tra le migliori cantine della Toscana), per appassionati di arte e cultura. A disposizione esclusivamente per gli ospiti un grande terrazzo panoramico, molto riservato. Vi accoglieremo con un presente di benvenuto.

Antico fienile toscano ristrutturato nel 2005 di 75m2. La casa, completamente arredata ed indipendente si compone di un piano terra con ampio soggiorno (cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno), televisore con TV satellitare, un bellissimo camino e una grande tavola in legno e divano letto, arredato con mobili d'epoca in classico stile rustico toscano. Al primo piano: bagno con doccia e camera da letto (matrimoniale) con climatizzatore.

Public transportation to Florence and Greve in Chianti (bus stop at only 200 mt from us)

It's on the first floor and it's the old noble flat. It looks on the house garden and it's decorated with paintings and furnishings of the 19th century. A hallway connects the large living room, the two bedrooms, the kitchen and the two bathrooms. beautiful Italian garden accessible to all guests of the building.

Romantic cosy flat - Toscana Italy

Very quiet village, without shops but sometimes a baker, a haberdasher or a greengrocer come to the village and sell their products, as it used to be decades ago- nice experience! In front of the B&B you can see a small church from the end of the 1800s, with a bell tower. :)
