A spot where the spectacular views and morning sunrises help you to forget your stresses. We accept 2-day rentals October and November! 1800 square foot home with full kitchen that opens to a large deck that overlooks 100 feet of beach. The dining area opens to a finished garage which serves as a covered patio that leads to a paver patio. 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom upstairs has a king and a twin, and the open area upstairs has 2 queens for plenty of sleeping area.

In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and listen to the waves. Perfect for a tranquil and comfortable getaway.

Garden Cottage on the Lake

Lake in the front (right across the road)and woods in the back of the house, quiet neighborhood. Close to 2 state parks and Nature Arboretum. We provide you with 2 bikes and helmets, 2 kayaks, drinking water filtered by reverse osmosis system. You will have your private beach with chairs and beach towels. You can enjoy time on the porch in the back of the cottage. There is an herb garden for you to use for cooking and tea making. Please note: we share the backyard with the cottage.

The house has all of the amenities you need for a great vacation, including an amazing view of Saginaw Bay. It is a great place to go to relax, find some peace, and enjoy your family or friends!. It’s a short walk to downtown where there are open air concerts, restaurants, shopping and a farmers market with crafts every weekend during the summer. Fully equipped back yard with beautiful sunset views.
