The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Other places dont offer so many amenities and often they seem like left overs or an after thought...not Jeff's place...very top notch will be there for a third stay for sure

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

A perfect place to stay especially for a family with young children. The house is even more charming than the photos. The space is clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Portland

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location; peaceful, private, and still just a short walk to dinner spots, which made everything so easy. There was plenty of space for lounging and gathering, and more than enough bathrooms for everyone (a huge plus!). The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Cozy, quiet, and super comfortable; we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Mariella’s place. The cleanliness stood out to us and was much appreciated. Mariella was very accommodating and there for any questions or concerns. We felt right at home. Her home was in great location of a neighborhood for comfort and privacy while also be very convenient and a short ride to downtown Portland. I would recommend her home.

We had a group of 12 for our stay, we were there for Ogunquit Prelude, and this spot was able to accommodate our group so well! 3.5 bathrooms was amazing, just one couple had to share a room but everyone else had their own room. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, lots of games, lots of seating on the main floor with big open concept, it was amazing. The house is super walkable to the beach, so the winter beach walks were a bonus. Highly recommend for a large group!

The apartment was just as described by the host, and was very comfortable for a two night stay, for two couples. Excellent, proactive, communication by the host prior to check-in. Very clear instructions. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast (which is the only meal we ate at the apartment during our stay). A serrated knife would be a nice addition. All of the appliances were very clean, and in good working order. Entry to the building was easy. Be comfortable climbing stairs. Five minute drive, or 15 minute walk to downtown. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely return, and recommended it to others. Thank you for a nice stay, Susan.

Ian's place was great for a girls trip ti Portland. He was a great communicator if I had any questions or cleaning instructions. Will definitely stay again for any future trips to Portland.

This apartment is simply perfect! I felt comfortable and safe and loved waking up to the beauty of the space, the kitchen has all new appliances and the colors and craftsmanship are impressive. We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

Very well located apartment, with large living room and bed room, small kitchen and tiny bathroom. Communication with Sharon was easy and responsive.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. Beautiful location, walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and nature. Christopher always responded quickly and was very clear conveying the instructions. We highly recommend this home.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

If you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, a decent meal or a drink on the beach, and to fall asleep to the sounds of waves calmly crashing than this is the place for you! Let's start with the host Sameer. Very clear and concise with visit guidelines and very quick to respond to any messages. Fantastic. The condo itself is spotless and pretty much has everything you need whether it's coffee in the morning or cookware for an afternoon dinner. Now haven't been to the Brunswick quite a bit I do know the music and crowds in the summer can be a bit much, but being able to easily go upstairs to this condo that is on the opposite side of the band I'm sure is a nice way to end your day with having the opportunity to sit on the deck to listen to the music or close the doors and relax. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Jennifer's place is AMAZING! First, it's steps away from the ski lift. Not only can you make first tracks, but stopping for lunch/breaks/warm-up is super easy - ski to your door! Getting in was a breeze: pull up, get the FOB, grab a luggage rack and park in the designated spot by the door and you're done. No long walks hauling ski gear through endless parking lots. The condo is spacious, super comfortable, and great for hanging out. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (8-11) and we had plenty of room for game nights, dinners, and lounging after a long ski day. The bathrooms are big (and even a jet tub for bubble baths). And immaculately clean. Full kitchen equipped with everything you need. So great to have washer/dryer to get gear ready for the next day. And the heated pool/hot tub is a short walk, both are big and a hit with the kids and adults. And did I mention how clean the place was? The unit is on the end to give extra privacy and easy access. Six stars!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!
