Beaches are 12-15 min to Redondo Beach or Long Beach. The Port of LA or Long Beach is 15-20min. Tons of restaurants & attractions: Velo Sport Ctr., SoFi Stadium, Crypto Arena, Disneyland, & etc. In this property, you may find other residences. Even though, we will give our guests their own privacy while staying here.

Modern Tiny Home With EV Charging (T2)

Come and relax and unwind in our brand new tiny home in the back of our house! It's equipped with full bath and shower, AC & heater, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a queen size bed. You have full private access to the standalone unit, as well as the shared backyard space. Note there is another tiny home next to yours. Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Bright cozy apartment

This is a one bedroom apartment on the back of our house. The apartment fits 4 people. The apartment consists of one Bedroom (two queen size beds), private kitchen, dining and bathroom. There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. We live within the same property so were here to help if you need any assistance.
