Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. This is one of the finest Airbnb rentals we have stayed at. It is very easy to give this rental a very high recommendation. Bravo!

Un séjour enchanteur chez Barbara. L’appartement est fonctionnel, lumineux, confortable. Il est situé dans une rue vivante et centrale, on est tout de suite immergé dans la vie bolonaise. Barbara nous a permis de déposer nos bagages à l’aller comme au retour avant/après les horaires de check-in/check-out. Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

la casa è molto bella e accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Tommaso ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ed è stato premuroso facendoci trovare caffè e biscotti per la colazione e le ciotole per il nostro peloso. Altamente consigliato

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Lovely apartment full of rustic charm. Very well equipped. Marco is lovely and allowed us to check in early while we dealt with a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

My group and I had a very nice stay at Flor’s place. The location is very good in a quiet street, walkable to the city center and a quick cab ride to the train station. The apartment itself is very cosy and we felt at home right away. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend this location should you come to Modena.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

L'appartamento di Monica è molto piacevole, posizionato nel centro di Carpi in un palazzo storico completamente ristrutturato nelle parti comuni, conservando elementi di pregio architettonico come le travi in legno e le splendide volte in mattone, anche all' interno dell'abitazione. L'alloggio si presenta perfetto, ristrutturato di recente e arredato con cura e buon gusto. Ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo. È dotato di ascensore. L'host è sempre stato puntuale, preciso e reattivo. Consigliato!

We had a great stay at this excellent appartment. It is extremely convenient for visiting the key locations of Parma, and it is a straight forward walk to the train station. The only slightly disappointing feature, was the lack of natural light, caused by the position of the windows. However, this did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday.

Soggiorno perfetto! Il B&B era pulitissimo e molto comodo, con tutti i comfort necessari. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto. La vera chicca è stato il garage: comodissimo e sicuro, un valore aggiunto non da poco. Assolutamente consigliato!

Damiana is a great host and communicated very well with us. The apartment is modern and comfortable, yet it is within a traditional grand house. It has a little terrace at the back which is charming, quiet and perfect for two people to sit and relax with a glass of Soave or Pinot Grigio ??!! The location is brilliant, fairly central and only a few minutes walk to the main square. Bologna has a lot to offer and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.
