Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away.
