Spotless Parkside Studio in Heritage Gem

Admire the city lights from the patio of this stylish studio. This relaxing, minimalist space has been renovated with care, and designed with ultimate comfort in mind. Some of our favourite features - All amenities provided — including toiletries Amazing natural light and fresh air (block out curtains too though!) You can walk just about anywhere in the CBD, Southbank and throughout gorgeous Carlton, home of the iconic Exhibition Buildings and gardens - which we are directly opposite! 4 major supermarkets within walking distance, along with pharmacies This huge studio is a short stay apartment - no one lives there and it is specifically set up for guests to have the most enjoyable stay. Fully equipped, including a welcome goody basket upon arrival, and a guest guide book full of our top tips to get the most out of your visit to the area. With a deco inspired entrance, wrought iron gates and solid brick exterior, it is one of the few residences from this era that remain in Melbourne. Our studio is set up for guests with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It has just been fully refurbished (largely by us!) to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. Features - - huge, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, as well as condiments, spices, tea and coffee - private walk in robe/dressing room area all bathroom items included - fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner - loads of storage space for all of your belongings - designed for guests - coin laundry on same floor (washing liquid, clothes airer and basket provided) - secure car space - sofa bed sleeps additional 1-2 people and can be made up on request - inside living area - Myki cards provided for public transport, only top up required - balcony area with seating and city views - full blockout curtains so you aren’t woken by the morning sun unless you want to be - high speed internet - windows with city views -gym on site - it is being refubished in future so we haven’t listed it as a 'feature' due to it’s age, but the equipment is in good condition - a high chair, portcot and bouncer can be made available upon request - please note the apartment is on the second floor and without childproofing so people may want to take this into consideration when booking -Please note this is a studio apartment - hotel style living where the bed is situated in the main living area. We live a few minutes away and love to meet and greet our guests and give them the inside scoop on the area, as it's our neighbourhood. There is a lockable keybox however, so if this isn't your preference you can just check yourself in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available easily if needed, and happy to help any time during your stay. All the apartments face the outside so you have your own private entrance and security door within the premises. The car space is located within the grounds and is accessed with an electronic fob. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs. We aim to meet and greet our guests whenever we can, and we are just a few minutes away if needed. We don’t live in the complex, so you have privacy, peace and quiet. We are always a phone call/email away if needed and happy to help. There is a full guest guide inside the studio featuring our recommendations on the best places to eat, drink and visit during your stay. Carlton is one of the best places to stay in Melbourne. It epitomises everything about Melbourne culture, with amazing cafes, markets, gardens, and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is moments away from the bright lights of the city centre. You can walk to the city centre in a few minutes. From the centre there are trams, trains and buses to take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is a bike hire stand directly across the road in front of the Exhibition Buildings. Free parking is on site if you have a car. Uber and Taxi services will be on your doorstep in minutes. This is a beautiful quiet building on the edge of the city and we appreciate the co-operation of our guests in respecting our neighbours during their stay by keeping the noise down. The studio is in a double brick building with windows on every side, so the temperature is always very comfortable. The ceiling fan with reverse heat function is all we have needed so far.

Top Floor Home in Award-Winning New Fitzroy Building

An open kitchen, dining and living area that incorporates a protected sun-drenched outdoor terrace. A big bedroom and a modern sleek bathroom with washer and dryer. New and super comfy bed and bedding and lots of wardrobe space for longer stays. Stylish decor throughout filled with quirky design and happy heathy plants. Fully equipped with quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and every kitchen utensil, pot and pan has been considered. This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Ask the host, a hospitality professional, for recommendations of must-go, must-see, and must-eat-at places in this lively neighbourhood. Set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood, vibrant Smith Street and Brunswick Street are only metres away. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

Comfy and bright apartment ...when location counts

I love the long thin strip that is Fitzroy, stretching from the top of the city toward the north shouldered on either side by Collingwood and Carlton. On a sunny day take a stroll down Brunswick or Smith Street into the city, enjoy our local architecture, street art, shops... and stop along the way for a meal, a drink, some music.... With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. If you find yourself in Melbourne for work or for pleasure this spacious and comfortable self contained apartment with a queen sized bed, kitchen, full sized shower, seperate toilet and a washing machine is the perfect place to stop over TV and wifi are provided as well as linen and towels and coffee, tea, shampoo and soap There are 5 steps into the building and the 1 step once inside the apartment We can provide on street permit parking please let us know in advance if you will be needing the permit.

Stunning Private terraced CBD apt. Melbourne

Please Note: No parties or pets. My apartment is cosy, comfortable, yet very modern with up to date styling and appliances. Only metres from Lygon street eateries or a 5 minute walk into the the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Within a 2 minute walk to the Heritage Listed Carlton Gardens , stroll to vibrant Fitzroy , stunning Spring Street , Parliament House Fitzroy Gardens Iconic places surround you . Finish your day with a glass of wine on the terrace, with beautiful unobstructed city views.

It’s time to bliss out! This is an excellently-designed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a sustainable building with a train station at your doorstep - right in the heart of Brunswick. I've had fun creating a playful, vibrant place (kitted out with lots of awesome homewares!) that I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do. The vibe is warm, the balcony is spacious and you've got all the cafes, bars, restaurants & shops you could want in less than a five minute walk. Make yourself at home here!

On level 2 so unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

Our KEOMA-Stay apartment spans the entire top floor of our building in the heart of Fitzroy's Brunswick St. precinct, with it's own separate entrance via a Melbourne laneway. Featuring high ceilings, beautiful period windows, stripped floorboards and natural light. Right on the doorstep of all that Fitzroy and the inner north has to offer - independent restaurants, bars, cafes, retail, galleries and night life, plus only a few blocks to the CBD! You couldn't ask for a better location!
