This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Three Oaks was a lovely getaway! It was nice being a bit outside of town, very quiet & peaceful. The host was friendly, attentive & very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, something I have a problem with at most hotels I stay in. Will definitely come back on future visits to the area!

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Our party of 7 (including two dogs) had a very comfortable, pleasant stay at this Carlsbad house! Cyndi was super responsive and communicative. So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is awesome and near a fantastic park, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed using the community pool and jacuzzi!

Three generations of our family enjoyed this lovely house where everything you might hope to find is provided. As you step out of the house you are completely surrounded by a beautiful well kept garden with gazebo to duck under when it rained briefly. It goes without saying that we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We appreciated an abundance of towels. For the beach we found sand toys for the kids , chairs, and boogie boards for the courageous. The beach is an easy walk and the village a couple blocks away. Alexander was vey responsive extraordinarily flexible. All to say it was a great experience.

The place is way better in person than the pictures. Every amenity you can think of and even things you don’t think of are properly labeled and organized. It truly is a vacation spot and made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort. The views of the bay from Tijuana to downtown were spectacular. Eating meals and having drinks by the pool while watching the sunset are some of the best we’ve seen in San Diego. There is so much to do we didn’t want to leave the place. Patrick made us feel like family and welcomed us personally and walked us through his home. This touch was very well received. He was responsive and very friendly. The place is pristine and it’s obvious they have put lots of love into the place. I wish I could give it more stars than the 5 stars. We definitely will be back and look forward to visiting this place soon.

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my family, which included two dogs, and it was perfect! The house and yard were great for my family and pets, and the neighborhood is quiet and private. It was also close to many great restaurants and things to do. Isabelle was a great host! She left us a personalized message, cookies, snacks, and drinks for our check in and was extremely nice and responsive when we had questions. She also had some great recommendations for food and places to see nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family and pet friendly location close to many great spots in San Diego. I hope I get to come back to the area and stay here again in the future.

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

I had a wonderful stay here! Olga was incredibly welcoming when my friend and I arrived—she gave us a great tour of the place, which looked amazing. The space had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and inviting experience!

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Vanessa's place is in a very very quiet neighborhood just steps from the bay. I am a SD native, I know the city very well. I actually lived in the area for many years. This place is totally worth it if your traveling with a family with kids. Plenty to do, plenty of space to sit and relax inside and outside. It has plenty of things to keep kids busy from books to toys very very nice touch. If available when we return definitely will be staying here. The short walk to watch the sunset in the ocean is worth every penny..

We absolutely loved the place and loved our stay. Host was super easy to work with and will absolutely stay there again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time with my son and DIL and our granddaughter. Michelle‘s place was spotless, free of clutter, quiet, and well equipped especially for small children with a baby gate in the upper level., pack and play, highchair, and toys for the beach, books to read, etc., We had a beautiful view of the ocean with the ability to get down to the water within minutes. We were within a 10 minute drive of Moonlight Beach in Encinitas along with all the shops and restaurants. I can’t recommend it enough and we will be back.
