this was a great place. easy to find host was very responsive and friendly, everything you need is there also it was close to all types of stores easy to get to everything around you only minutes away. great price as well for the area alot of other places were more expensive and they only provided a room to rent and if it was a whole place the price was 2 times as much as this place. this gave you everything you needed as far as amenities and privacy. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again. thanks Conner and Meagan.

Beautifully renovated building.

I had a great stay at this basement apartment in Price. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved any minor issues that came up during my stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot—especially for guys or families coming into town for MSHA training at the mine. Great location and overall solid experience!

This place was perfect for us while we worked really nearby. They had everything we needed and Ricki was always helpful and available. We loved the Miners theme and we liked going through all the history stuff they had in their folder. It was a very peaceful and friendly neighborhood as well.

Hot tub was great to have, the house was in a pretty neighborhood and located near groceries, restaurants, and anything else we needed. Michelle was very responsive for any questions we had before and during our stay.

This is a great place to stay! Kindra and Scott were great and kind hosts. They were always there for us, easy to reach and communicate. We were very comfortable at their beautiful and clean house. We will definitely stay again with them😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which made hanging out in the backyard really nice. The Arches National Park is about an hour and a half away and the drive from the home is really pretty. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking/ cleaning during our stay. This was the best place to spend a weekend to rest. It was so nice to be surrounded by the farm and beautiful animals. The little apartment was very clean and just the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen had every pan or utensil that we needed, and the walk-in shower was amazing. I would recommend this place, and we would go back another time we need a getaway. I was grateful to have a handicap ramp instead of stairs at the entryway.

Cozy little house, there are a few upgrades since the posting was made. Kitchen is up-to-date with fridge and microwave icemaker and everything. Brand new washer and dryer

We stayed at Nanette’s for 3-4 days. She was very helpful and responsive.
