This home was beautiful and exactly what my family and I needed. It is exactly how it was described; the owner had everything we needed for our stay from toiletries to towels to kitchen basics. He was very responsive and it was easy to get in and out of the home. We felt very safe and comfortable! Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay at this lake house for a family vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the local grocery stores had everything we needed for the weekend — including s’mores supplies. The “gaming garage” was a big hit with the kids (all teenagers). The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most amazing experience, communication was easy effortless, the house was better in person and our family had so much fun I loved that the house was three levels.

We had my friends bachlorette getaway weekend at this airbnb! There was plenty of space for us to hang out in the living room and eat meals all together. What an amazing stay!

We had a great stay at this property for a weekend trip to the Poconos. The place was clean and had the described amenities. The address for the trash was incorrect and that took two rounds for us to throw everything away before checking out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay from utensils to pots and pans to heat up food. Overall we had a great time and the location was convenient for us. Would come back again!

Beautiful view and a great home base to visit area attractions. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions.

Very beautiful and peaceful place stocked with deers roaming around everywhere. It’s a short walk to the lake, which is really nice. Overall, it’s a great spot to just relax and unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Make sure you download offline maps for navigation and print check-in instructions as mobile internet is not perfect there. And you won’t be able to connect to wifi before entering the house.

This spot was great! Right on lake Towamensing and plenty of room for a family of at least 4 or two families of 4-5. You can’t beat the sunset view. We found ourselves out there every night. Pics were 100% accurate. Stephanie was very responsive to anything we needed. The location was perfect to hit up any of the pocono staples (great wolf lodge isn’t far, Jim Thorpe, etc). We loved the game room and mega touch. What a throwback to our old bar days! The kids loved the toys and games. Renters must bring their own water equipment or you can rent from the owner. The water is fairly shallow in the back, so fishing could be tough unless you wade out a bit. Was too cold for our stay, but if we come back in warmer weather I’m going in. Conveniently located near plenty of food and amenity options (dollar general, pizza, donut and bagel shop, beer store). If you go on a weekend it’s very close to a reindeer farm, which seems great for the kids. We’d love to go back some time.

Beautiful and elegant property exactly as shown in the pictures. Best place for staycation. Spacious bedrooms and living area and kitchen perfect for 6 people. Host has managed to provide every bit of stuff that we might need during our stay. Five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!!

We loved our stay in the Poconos! The location, home, amenities, and welcome gift were great! We had a fuse get tripped, but contacted AvantStay through the app and was able to get a response pretty quickly! We also had our local contact reach out to get this fixed. And the maintenance team came over and was able to get this done very quickly. And respected our space and made sure to do any repairs making sure we were comfortable and not inconveniencing us. Overall a great stay and would certainly do it again!

Great cabin! Very clean, well-stocked. Fire pit and patio were fantastic! Communication and self-check-in was a breeze!

We had a fantastic time during our bachelorette/bachelor getaway at this spacious Airbnb! The open layout and generous room sizes were perfect for our group, and the kitchen was a standout—well-equipped and great for cooking meals together. The outdoor setting added to the relaxing vibe, and the location wasn't too far for a walk down to the lake!   A couple of things to be aware of: the AC system could use clearer instructions, as figuring out the cooling across all rooms took a bit longer than expected, and the bunk beds were a bit squeaky—something to consider for light sleepers.   Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay!

Awesome host, we lost our keys and they worked with us and allowed us time to figure out solutions. Second stay at one of their properties in the last month and both times were great.

This was our second stay at Bear Paw Lodge, but first since it's been managed by AvantStay. We were very happy with the condition of the home and communication with AvantStay. Everything in the listing was accurate. The number of beds worked out perfectly for our group. Check-in and check-out was easy. Linens/towels were provided and were more than what we needed. There was also a good amount of necessities like dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels so you may not need to hit the store the first day you're there. Overall, the home definitely met our needs.

We had a great time. The place was just as described, beautiful view, lake was awesome & kayaking was alot of fun. Host was excellent & responded very quickly with any questions. We will definitely be back

Beautiful home full of things to do. Very close to the ski/snowboarding mountains. Main reason I’m choosing to write a review is because of something I really appreciated - I have tinnitus and can not sleep without noise from a fan, so I usually bring one with me every time I’m going away from home but this time I forgot it. I was weighing my options, and then I realized the bedrooms upstairs had fans in the closet. That saved the day for sure. Hot tub was great, all of the labels around the house are helpful. There are seasonings and snacks in the pantry along with a lot of other little things that they include that come in handy. Would definitely stay here again.
