We loved our stay at Port St.Joe. This was our first time to this area and it was like we had our own private beach. I have never seen so many sea shells. I was alittle worried about some of the reviews, but the house was just fine. It is directly on the beach and was clean and comfortable. If you have the chance to visit the State Park in Cape San Blas please rent kayaks and paddle in the Bay Area. Best money you can spend. The water is shallow and clear and beautiful. We will definitely be back and will rent this place again. The location was perfect and views were amazing! We spent most of our time on the covered deck. Best naps ever. My only regret is not staying longer!

My son and his family stayed here and had 7 children ages 13-newborn. It was perfect for everyone. The screened in porch allowed adults to sit and watch the kiddos play on the beach. The porch was close enough that the children could hear adults if we were speaking to them. The kitchen offered everything we needed. We had no issue with WiFi. Would certainly stay here again.

Kate has a beautiful place. Highly recommend staying here. She communicated very well. Can’t wait to return.

Sea Turtle Cottage was perfect for our trip. Check in was smooth and no contact. It was perfect for the family, and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Rachel was just a text away with any concerns/questions we had regarding the house, along with being friendly. The beach was a short walk across the road, making beach days easy. The beach supplies were a big plus as we spent hours at the beach each day! Port St Joe was a great tourist town and had a lot of restaurants and stores we enjoy. All and all it was a great vacation!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

We stay at CSB every year and THIS house was perfect! I’ve looked at renting here before but it’s always booked! Close to the public beach, close to longboat restaurant (one of our favs) less than a 3 minute drive to St. Joseph trail & bay where you can rent a boat or kayak - highly recommend! The house had everything a family of 5 with three young children needed to be comfortable for over a week. Brianna was such a sweetheart and very accommodating!

Had a great stay, close to the beach with beach chairs, towels, beach toys. We ate in all but one evening.. beach view is amazing.

I brought my teenage daughters and my partner here during the girls’ spring break. We picked Maria’s place because we were looking for something just like what was described by her and in the comments of others who stayed there. In short, we wanted to stay in a home on the beach in a not crowded area, where there are plenty of outdoor activities but where we could be just as comfortable doing absolutely nothing. THIS PLACE WAS IT! Maria’s home is clean, spacious enough for 10 people to fit comfortably, with large living and kitchen areas and relaxing outdoor spaces including the decks, pool and beach. The views are spectacular. We didn’t swim on the beach in front of the house, but there are miles of gorgeous swimmable public beaches just up the road. We paid $6 to enjoy the amazing soft white sand and clear turquoise water at the state park further up 30E. Great restaurants in Port St Joe, just a 20 min drive. Maria was responsive and helpful! We loved staying here! We will be back!

Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

We loved our first stay in Port St Joe and the Tipsy Turtle! The house was gorgeous, had absolutely everything you would ever need. Lots of pots, pans, dinnerware, mugs, etc. we had three families, two families with kids and there was tons of space for us all. Kids loved staying in the room with bunks. Literally so close to the beach, we went 5x a day! The pool is right next door and also a wonderful community pool. Very low key. Cannot say enough good things about this spectacular home, and this gem of an area. Loved how low key this whole area was. Very private. Raw Bar up the road was amazing! Food was phenomenal. Heather was so quick to respond and very communicative. Easy check in and very easy check out. Cannot wait to come back!

My husband, his parents, and myself loved it! So peaceful and close to the beach and pool! We had more than enough space and room. Perfect for larger families with kids! I think I’ve ended every sentence with an explanation point! That’s how much we loved it! We highly recommend him. Charlie was a great host with clear instructions for us arriving and departing. We didn’t need much while we were there but we knew we could get a hold of him if we did. We will remember Charlie’s place again in the future, especially since we love the Port Saint Joe area.

We had 3 adults & 3 teens staying at the Tipsy Turtle. There was plenty of space for the whole group. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area & the Adirondack chairs, although we didn't use the fire table. An easy walk to the beach, and having all of the extras made our experience so much better. Pool towels, wagon to bring our fishing gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Walk to the pool or beach were both easy. It was just a short 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, stores, etc. in Port St. Joe. We felt so far away staying at the home and it was so peaceful, but then having really just a quick jaunt to town. We enjoyed The Mill Mercantile for some drinks which was much closer, within the same subdivision/community as we were staying. Having 3 refrigerators, two laundry facilities, and two complete kitchens were wonderful. We did a lot of cooking at the house. We also hired a fishing charter for 3 days, we were able to go for 4 hours each day, and the marina they used was right in PSJ.

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront Airbnb! You can literally walk out the door and be on the sand—such a rare and wonderful convenience. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was an absolute dream. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. There were also plenty of outdoor toys and activities to keep everyone entertained. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

The Endless Summer house was amazing! We came as 2 families and this home was comfortable for all 8 of us to stay the week. The house is just a quick walk to the beach, the board walk runs right by the house. The community is fantastic, quiet but with lots of amenities. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes around. The community pool is a very short walk. We visited the ice cream shop daily and enjoyed pizza at Bruno’s, both places are a short walk within the community. The beach is clean and wasn’t crowded. The host was fantastic and always quick to respond to any questions that came up. The house has plenty of cooking amenities. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals at home while we were there. The house also has several beach items that makes your time at the beach enjoyable. Overall we loved this house and community and will be back!

Kimberly was very easy to work with. She was accommodating and very helpful. The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay again. I think they are installing a pool which will be a nice enhancement, but either way a great place given that the beach is so close.

There’s beach houses, then there’s houses on the beach. This is the latter, and it’s fantastic. Looking out the windows you might think you’re on a ship. You could fall asleep on the porch to the sound of the waves, and watch the sunset over the Gulf every night. Kyle is responsive, friendly, easy to work with, and runs a fantastic property. Both Kyle and the house exceeded all expectations. My only hesitation in recommending is that will mean it’s booked more often, which will make it harder for us to come back.

We loved our stay at Eliseo's place! The house was very nice and clean as well as roomy and well stocked. We had small children and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys and a beach cart at the house, so it was nice to not have to bring any beach necessities with us. The kids also enjoyed the pool and fishing off the back dock in the canal. Eli was super responsive and there were not a lot of check out rules and cleaning, which is nice when trying to pack up with children. We are hoping to get the house again for a trip later this year!
