This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Myrtle Beach! It was very clean, provided everything we needed and was a great fit for our family of 4. We loved that it was only about 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Indrit and Erinda were great hosts and we are so appreciative of how accommodating they were!

Would definitely return. Really was home away from home, everything we need was there. First time kitchen was properly stocked. Since we always eat in the kitchen was perfect!

Stevens place was clean and in a great location. He was quick to respond and fix when we had an issue with the doorknob. We would definitely stay here again!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

I had a great night at Jennifer’s place. I was exhausted from a long drive, booked the reservation very late but I was so appreciative of Jennifer’s quick response and for accommodating me and my dog on such short notice. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and finally get some sleep! Both bedrooms had super comfy beds and I chose to sleep in the bedroom with blackout curtains so I had the best rest ever. The bathroom was pristine and I loved the way it was decorated. The shower was awesome! I also loved that I could tell dogs were very welcome in the home (cute doggy decorations, etc). My dog enjoyed exploring the yard and playing out there. This home will be our first choice the next time we drive through the state!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The location was directly on the beach which was perfect. Located near everything which was another pro. I’d definitely book again.

Working with Tanya and Jeff was super easy. Tanya was very communicative and helpful during our stay, she constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and had plenty of extra linens and supplies for the beach. My son and husband really enjoyed fishing off the pier, which was in close walking proximity to our building. The pool areas were clean and enjoyable. We also utilized the basketball court and pickleball court, which my boys enjoyed.

We stayed 60 days and were very comfortable. The neighbors are quiet, restaurants and beaches are close by. We would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend staying at this condo. I've stayed at SOC multiple times, and this condo was by far the best. All of our needs were met or exceeded throughout our trip. The unit is as spacious as the pictures portray and the furnishings are comfortable. I plan on staying here again in the future.

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!
