Cape Coral : locations de vacances avec suite privative

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

Wonderful time!! Cliff and Bob went out of their way to make me feel right at home. I would stay again in a hot minute.

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Charly's place was great! Stayed 5 days and felt really comfortable and safe. The amenities were perfect for the short trip. Within a short drive to local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants! The Lazy Flamingo and The Perfect Cup are great places to visit.

Great stay very responsive very close 20-30 in the middle of the beach an all activities around

Ryan’s place had everything we needed and was clean. I asked a question about a local beach and he called right away with great recommendations and even provided beach chairs in town for us! If you like a firm memory foam mattress, this place is for you. Nice quiet subdivision, peaceful yard, and close to lots of things.

Wir waren leider nur relativ kurz zu Gast bei Sydney. Wir wären aber definitiv gerne länger geblieben. Man wohnt in einem abgetrennten Bereich vom Haupthaus. In diesem Bereiche findet man alles vor was man für einen kürzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es sind sogar die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien (kleiner Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. vorhanden). Alles war super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und ruhig. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat man jedoch viele Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Sydney war zu jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, sehr zu empfehlen!

this place was great for myself as a solo traveler. it would have been fine for 2 people as well. quiet, safe place. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Tia rocks! She is very responsive . Her place is like stepping into the great Gatsby era. The whole neighborhood is historic. Definitely will come back the next time we visit! Thanks Tia!!! Everything was what he hoped and imagined it would be!!

the host Ryan and Jenn were awesome they were there to greet us gave great recommendations and made you feel at home all while not making you feel unpleasant or uncomfortable the entire place was spotless the bed was like sleeping on a CLOUD!!!! the shower AMAZING!!!! there were a few included goodies and my husband even made an amazing conversation with Ryan and his friend will definitely be staying here again if its available thanks guys !!!!

We truly enjoyed our quick little stay. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our special needs! The house was very clean and I am very picky. I was thankful there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom, too! My husband and I will certainly stay here again when we come down to Pine Island to fish. It was the perfect location. Only 5 minutes from the Four Winds marina and our favorite restaurant, Tarpon Lodge!

This was a great place to stay. Clean, easy access. I will stay here again.

Valerie and Wayne guided us in from a few miles out.The bridge to Pine Island was closed one way and once clear no problem.Valerie had business to attend to away but was very accomadating at check-in and upon leaving.Wayne was surperb throughout.The property covers 5 acres.We covered Pine Island thoroughly and also the islands nearby,Cape Coral,and a Visit to Naples with relatives.We purchased some provisions at the .Publics Grocery a short distance from the 4 way stop on rt 78 going in.Had a good Pizza at that stop .We didn’t get to too many restaurants at Bokeelia.We did have an enjoyable dinner at the Flamingo.Valerie’s Place is very up scale and Mary And I appreciate the efforts it takes to keep it that way..We really enjoyed our visit.Thanks

Both Luis and his wife were super nice host. We feel right at home from day one, ideal location with privacy and your own (safe) parking in the back. Great value for the apartment and we look forward to our next trip there.

Although I only stayed one night, Kal went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and trouble free. She was immediately responsive to all of my messages, informative and personable. The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The pool area was pure serenity, like their boat docked in the back yard. The only negative thing I can say is that I only had one night to enjoy this fabulous space. I’ll be back!

This place was cute! The kitchen/bathroom area is separate from the bedroom. This was so nice. I could get up early, have coffee and enjoy the morning without disturbing my husband! Lovely sitting area that was bug free. Great hosts and TONS of stuff to do within 20 minutes in any direction. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay with them again! 10/10

Yacht Clubhouse (Once Upon a Tide Suite) I stayed for 7 days while visiting family. Jessica and her husband were great hosts. They communicated clearly, and I enjoyed a few brief conversations. My 2 1/2 yr and 6-year-old grandchildren visited for about an hour. Jessica was so welcoming and was very kind to the children. The room and house were clean, and I enjoyed sitting on a comfortable shaded dock in the backyard while I relaxed and read. I would recommend staying if you are in need of a place in Fort Myers.
