Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

We had great weekend family getaway. we liked the convenience of location, and surroundings. Small neighborhood (few houses and a hotel) with clubhouse and pool.All facilities are nice and neat. A minute walk to marina, restaurant, and boat/kayak rentals. Wish to stay longer next time and explore the area more.

Cape Crossings was the perfect location for an exciting visit to both Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. We found the condo to be very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The resort surroundings made our stay very special. A beautiful marina and casual dining at The Dolphin was an unexpected plus. We would use this property any time we plan to be in the area.

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

The house was great - plenty of space, well stocked (beach chairs, towels, etc.), great amenities. Just what we needed for a few days before our cruise!

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

Great place - easy walk to the beach! We had a great stay here. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean & comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. We loved the refrigerator with filtered water & ice dispenser. We biked about 1/2 hour every morning to watch the manatees frolic in the banana river. The beach is right down the block & the beach chair were really nice. It has a lot of room for two couples - so hopefully next year we will bring friends along to share the place. Lots of restaurants in the area & enjoyed “ ‘ first Friday’ activities within walking distance.

Really great stay for the price! Could accommodate 2 couples or sleep a family of 5 easily. Dog friendly if you pay a reasonable pet fee, and the large fenced in patio was a huge plus for that reason. Location was great, we enjoyed walking just a few blocks to the tiki bar, checked out the library only a block away, and the beach is four or so blocks away as well. If you don’t want to walk with all your beach stuff you can drive and there is free parking. Parking lot and stretch of the beach was not crowded at all. One of my favorite perks of the stay was access to their shed fully stocked with EVERYTHING you would need for the beach. Beach wagon, beach chairs, shade tents, umbrella, beach toys and more. That was super convenient and thoughtful. Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher was also a plus. Thanks for having us! Would def stay again.

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

Ok usually I stay in Airbnb most every week for work, and some places is dirty, but this place is extremely beautiful clean and new the driveway it’s kind tight but you can easy park a small car not big deal . Outside and inside is very clean and beautiful. The place deserves a 5 star. Thank

It is a very beautiful and updated-lace. I really liked having 3 bathrooms in the place. They were really responsive and fast to get someone to fix the fridge water dispenser. I’m so glad we picked this place up!

We really enjoyed our time at Laura's house. It is nicely decorated, fully equiped kitchen with everything you need and even more, perfectly clean house, comfortable beds. We can highly recommend her place and are planning on coming back again.

My family had a wonderful spring break week here. The home is very clean , well stocked. The pool and patio are nice to hangout. The property is close enough to the beach to enjoy beach days. The house is furnished very nice and stylish. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Great attention to communications and exactly as described. Very convenient for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants. Easy 3-5 minute car ride to dog beach. Will book again if ever in the area.
