Uitwaaien Beach Cottage - 250m from the beach!

Pearly Beach is a rural haven of endless white beaches and indigenous fynbos dunes. It is a quiet town, for people to relax and unwind from busyness and distractions of life. Uitwaaien is a Dutch word that means "to take a break to clear one's head" or literally "to walk in the wind" with the intention to refresh yourself and your mind. Philip has Dutch heritage and grew up with this saying and we both lived in the Netherlands in Amsterdam and Haarlem for 5 years when we were just married.

Heavenside Cottage

A place of peace, on heaven's doorstep: this luxurious 2-bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people. The additional garden studio sleeps 2 more. It boasts breathtaking mountain views, and an abounding, lush garden brimming with wildlife, magical nooks, and a labyrinth. Newly renovated, the cottage has solar power, good wifi, high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and a wood-burning stove. A stone's throw to the Nature Reserve, the cottage is an easy 15 minute walk to the waterfall.

Fern Cottage tranquil retreat in a prime spot

We welcome you to stay in our magical modern cottage in Fernkloof, Hermanus. The cottage is bright, light and comfortable, all the rooms have a beautiful outlook onto either the garden or a courtyard. The two well-sized bedrooms with 100% pure cotton linen and fluffy white towels each with an en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided for babies. It is 10 minute walk from the famous cliff path and right below the world renowned Fernkloof Nature Reserve with its spectacular mountain trails.

Charming cottage in the Hemel & Aarde Wine Valley

De Werf is in the Hemel en Aarde Valley - literally "Heaven on Earth". It sleeps 6 - large en suite bedroom (king bed or 2 singles) upstairs + a smaller bedroom downstairs (1 outside bedroom en suite on request). Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher + gas hob opens onto the dining/lounge. Guests relax on the long shady patio with stunning views across to the mountains. A small private swimming pool is perfect for late drinks as the sun sets over the mountains. A birdwatchers paradise.

Cosy Little Barn Cottage @ De Uijlenes

Cute and cosy wee barn oozing character and charm situated on a farm near Gansbaai and Stanford in the Overberg. Close to wineries and mountain biking routes, come back and soak in the hot tub after a hard days ride in the saddle. The charming art town of Baardskeerdersbos is just a 10min drive away and sharkcage diving and whale watching can be done in Gansbaai which is also a 10min ganter down the road. Shop and dine in Stanford or just stay, chill and relax in the hot tub.

Potato Patch Self Catering Cottage

This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

At Patat cottage is situated within Langezandt Fisherman's Village in Struisbaai. It is a relaxing 2-hour drive from Cape Town, through the Cape Overberg region. This cottage is nearby Cape Agulhas, the southermost tip of Africa. A visit to the charming fishing village of Struisbaai is highly recommended.
