First off, this place was super great! Clean, fully stocked with almost everything you could want! We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor amenities much just due to being off-season and we had a short stay with many offsite plans, but we did check them out and are sold to visit again one day when we can enjoy them. This was such a peaceful place for us to come together and visit one of our late mother’s dream destinations. Thank you so much for providing us a beautiful space to remember our mom and spend much needed sibling time, walking down memory lane and exploring your beautiful state like she always wanted too. In memory of our mom, Tammy Boese, thank you. We hope to stay again someday.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The home was very beautiful and super clean! The children enjoyed the backyard and enjoyed having their own room to play in and relax in. We cooked dinner and breakfast at the home and Rolando had everything we needed from dishes to the best appliances! The beds were very comfortable, we used every bed in the home and everyone slept very comfortably! Access to extra blankets was great, and the perfect amount of pillows. Every bathroom, (it was so great to have access to THREE bathrooms so no one ever had to wait!) was fully stocked with plenty of towels from hand towels, wash cloths and full towels. All were very clean, both showers were spotless and water pressure was amazing! We used the washer and dryer once to wash towels from the waterpark and they worked perfectly and didn’t have to wait long for the load to finish. Over all, the location was perfect in town and close to the casino and waterpark! Will definitely stay again!!

Rachel’s house was comfortable from the start. Everyone including the pets found the house to be fun. The children loved the ability to fish right from the pier and to get out on the water with the 3 waterboard choices. The fire pit was nicely located being right outside the back door instead of down by the water. We found the Harrison location to fun as well. We will be back to Rachel’s house and Harrison.

The house was fantastic. Old charming house, comfy beds, very spacious, the proximity to restaurants and things to do was great. Some small pockets of surrounding area was a little run down.

Beautiful home in extremely peaceful neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering. Bruce was very helpful, flexible and communicated promptly and clearly. I would highly recommend!

This charming vintage home was perfect for my needs. From the moment I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the warm and inviting atmosphere that oozed character and history. The house is a true gem, and you can tell that so much care and love has been poured into preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts.

In town for a wedding 3 miles away so was ideal location for our family. A lot of space! Pretty surroundings especially once summer gets underway.

My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

Great value and location. Downtown was a 20 minute walk with a grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. Very cute location in a great neighborhood.

Location was great. Walkable to collection of charming and delicious shops: pizza, grocery, bakery and coffee shop just a block away. Comfortable beds and cozy apartment with super shiny floors. Also, one of the closest places we've stayed. We'll definitely be back!

It was close to everything downtown. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk to Van Andel Arena for our daughter's graduation. Barbara's place was exactly as described. Had all the comforts of home. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others who are looking for air bnb's in the area.

Perfect studio for a long or short stay. We had no issues during our time here and really enjoyed it. Timothy worked with us on a special request involving our stay and was incredibly reasonable. The place is clean and homey and does a lot with the space. Would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Rapids.

We were so grateful to find Kayla's place and enjoyed our stay. This is centrally located in an excellent neighborhood. It combines the beauty of a historic home with a lot of fresh updates. You can tell how responsive the host has been to some of the feedback in past reviews. We encountered some concerns during our stay and Kayla was attentive and responsive. We hope to stay again on a future visit to GR.

Nice size place! Close to downtown! Perfect for our 2 night stay!

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and convenient for exploring the area. The layout of the home was both fun and unique, offering a refreshing departure from the typical accommodations. It really added to the overall experience. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

We had a great stay at Tom’s place in Grand Rapids. It was very close to the Amway Grand Plaza, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the riverwalk. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially for events at the Amway Grand.

The condo was a home away from home.

I had a hard time justifying the extra cost, but it was really convenient to the Van Andel arena. We walked a little after the show, found an open ice cream place near Rosa Parks ice skating area. big city, so limited comfort in walking near by, but doable. This is a very nice space, very clean and comfortable.
