I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

We checked in at late hours with ease. We checked out the property first thing and to our surprise the place is better than the pictures posted online. There are 4 raft boards and the caretaker offered to help us out with rafting. Did not see mosquitoes or any insects within the property. Crabs and fish were visible at steps attached to the water body. Puneeth also stocked fridge with eggs, bread and cutleries were in great condition. Water purifier,wifi, fan and AC are in good condition. Overall this place is worth the money. I would recommend anyone looking for a peaceful stay in south goa to try this out with family/friends for atleast 2 days.

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Had a lovely stay at Franklin’s beach hut. The place was nice and comfortable and Franklin and his family were always friendly and approachable. The place is also right on the beach, what more could you want!

property set right on colomb beach with beautiful cosy and sun drenched corners which are quite unique and pretty, a property placed so right that it will suffice all your dos within a few minutes walk.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..
