Third Floor Apt. in Historic Home

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Mt Adams is the heart of Cincinnati. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Perfect for a couple get away (2 person max occupancy) escaping to a new city or vacationing in your home town. Art, live music, parks and the newest trends in food and drink are right around the corner. Please no kids or big groups and parties to keep the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. A special location for a special trip!

Mt Adams Studio on the Park

Cute and comfy Mt Adams basement studio right across the street from Eden Park! Perfect place for a fun getaway, a game or a concert! Walk to lots of local restaurants, bars, the Cincinnati Playhouse, and the Art Museum! Please note since this is a basement studio with slightly a lower ceiling, it may not be the most comfortable space if you are very tall (>6 feet). Thank you for your understanding!
