Camp de Morvedre : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. Séjour parfait, dans un appartement idéalement situé, au pied du paseo, avec une vue imprenable, l’accès à la plage en un clin d’œil, et l’agréable son des vagues du matin au soir! Le parking à l’intérieur de la résidence est un plus (bien que la disponibilité soit « au petit bonheur la chance »), l’emplacement de l’appartement permettant de pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Laurean et sa compagne ont été aux petits soins, bienveillants et réactifs, dans un appartement propre, confort et avec toutes les nécessités à disposition. Nous y reviendrons, c’est certain!

We had a wonderful stay! Helen was excellent – super friendly, responsive at all times, and communication was smooth and simple from the start. We especially appreciated the clear instructions and help provided before our arrival, including the PDF explanation document, that was a great touch! The apartment itself was amazing – very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. Since we visited outside the high season, the whole area was calm and peaceful, which made it the perfect getaway to escape from everyday stress. Everything is within walking distance, although you should be prepared for a bit of a walk. That said, renting a car could be a good option, especially if you want to explore more of the stunning nature nearby. Highly recommended – would definitely stay again!

Nos hemos alojado en este B&B en Cullera y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, todo muy nuevo y cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa y del paseo marítimo. La casa estaba equipada con todo lo necesario, tanto a nivel de utensilios como de básicos (sal, aceite, café, etc.), algo que se agradece mucho. Además, tanto las toallas como las sábanas y la casa olían genial, lo que demuestra la atención a la limpieza y el confort. Hemos estado muy a gusto, sin duda es un lugar al que volveríamos. Muy recomendable.

A hospitalidade dos anfitriões foi impecável. Ele é bem atencioso e rápido para responder os questionamentos. A única observação se forem para esta região vá de automóvel próprio pois é muito afastado.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

A mi pareja y a mí nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Está en muy buena zona, cerca del paseo marítimo, con fácil aparcamiento. Además contaba con todo el equipamiento, incluidos los de aseo como gel, crema, etc. y lo que más nos gustó: una caja con minijuegos para pasar un ratito agradable en la terraza. Para nosotros, de 10!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Airbnb ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Vermietern war sehr nett und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ☺️☺️

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Ons verblijf in dit appartement was werkelijk geweldig. De locatie is bijzonder gunstig, op korte afstand van zowel het strand als het openbaar vervoer, wat het ideaal maakt voor een ontspannen vakantie in Valencia. Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door Jessica, de dochter van de host. Haar warme ontvangst, vergezeld door een fles cava en ook boodschappen (ontbijt/brood/water) waar we echt superblij mee waren, was een aangename verrassing die ons verblijf direct speciaal maakte. Het appartement was top👍 Het was schoon, fris, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder voldoende handdoeken, strandlakens en andere benodigdheden. We hebben hier een aantal prachtige dagen doorgebracht, en het contact met de host verliep gedurende ons verblijf bijzonder makkelijk, soepel en plezierig. Zeer attent. Deze accommodatie heeft onze vakantie absoluut verrijkt. Wij komen graag terug en bevelen deze plek van harte aan.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

El alojamiento está fenomenal, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Es tal cual las fotos. El trato de Antonio Luis es estupendo, muy agradable y atento. Todo resultó claro a la llegada y nos explicó todo fenomenal, además de ser muy flexible!

El apartamento està como se dijo a pocos metros del mar, la zona es tranquila. Cerca del complejo Magic Wold. Marius es una persona que intenta que te sientas a gusto y me gustó que te contesta enseguida si le haces cualquier consulta. Todo estaba tal cual las fotos y lo mejor disponer de parking cerrado.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
