Great place for a great price! Located within walking distance or a bike ride from so many restaurants/shops, beaches, parks, etc. Very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Definitely rent the bikes through him! Well worth it. Would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous home with pool, in the heart of St Simons

We had an amazing, much needed vacation. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed to make it feel just like home. The attention to detail was spot on.. Chris gave us so many ideas and suggestions on things to do in the area. The pool was a hit with the kids. Chris was super quick at responding to questions and even sent videos on how to do things with the pool. We will definitely be back! The beaches are so beautiful and at low tides exploring was a lot of fun. We saw stingrays, crabs, jelly fish and tons of live sand dollars (that we left alone, please don’t take them if they are alive)… This was our first time on St. Simon Island and we fell in love.

My wife and loved this place. It was everything we wanted and more. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and the beach. If you are considering coming to St Simon I highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful home and property as described and more than we expected. Darlene was fantastic, pleasant and communicated quickly and was responsive. The home had everything you needed from towels, linens, bath supplies, kitchen ware, spices - it truly felt like home away from home including her attention to detail in decor. The home was convenient to the Village, beach and included a golf cart, which we enjoyed taking to local eateries. We enjoyed the hot tub and was pet friendly, which we always include taking our fur babies to make wonderful family memories. Thank you, Darlene!

My Ocean Getaway Yards from beach! Pets! Location!

Great home! You can tell Deborah goes to great lengths to make her place comfortable and homey. (Down to a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, soda, snacks, and wine!). Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and fabulous restaurants. During our stay there was an issue with the internet beyond her control and she went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure we were compensated for the lack of internet. She was in constant contact and was so sweet in trying to make it up to us. Who needs internet when you are at such an incredible place! We look forward to coming back and booking with her again!

Magnificent Coastal Retreat close to the beach!

We booked this home many months in advance for a wedding on St. Simons Island. We got more and more excited as the weekend approach. Still, this house (especially its location) to the wedding site exceeded our expectations. For our family, it was a perfect fit and very comfortable!

Mary made us feel right at home! Her place was incredible, it had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend on the island for my son’s wedding. We appreciate the welcome note and the bottle of wine and doggie treats. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Salt Life Beach Cottage Upper and Below Deck

We loved staying here! Perfect location; walkable to both beach and restaurants. House also had everything you could want and the neighborhood is quiet! Definitely recommend.

Cozy condo only a mile from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family. A pack n play fits comfortably in the king room which I was worried about with my daughter. It’s such a quaint spot. The tennis courts have pickleball lines which was great for warming up for our tournament at Mallery Park. Definitely want to return. Thanks for having us 😊

Welcome to Peachy Paradise

Enjoyed our stay and the house so much. We had a girls week with family and grand babies and it was absolutely perfect and comfortable for us. My 6 & 3 year old grands loved the pool and hot tub! The area and front porch was great and we loved the parking area. All around perfect time at Peachy Paradise. We will return!

Awesome condo in a great location. The accommodations are excellent. Very nice bedrooms with really comfortable beds/linens. Everything is up to date and very clean. I stayed her for months and loved it. Would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful Family Beach Cottage

We had a great long weekend with family! House had all we needed for an easy, fun family get together! Kitchen had all the things we needed for the meals we ate in. Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had.

Large Remodeled House: Parrott’s Landing

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.
