Great place to stay.

We found ourselves needing a place to stay while my husband worked for the week in Homer. Given the limited number of hotels available, I checked Airbnb and found the Milk Barn. It is the perfect size for a couple, and given the miserable cold temperatures we had while visiting, we were so thankful to have a cozy place to snuggle in for several days. I work remotely, so the wifi and choice of comfortable work spots were exactly what I needed. We cooked dinner each night in the perfectly well-stocked kitchen, then used our projector to binge movies and TV shows. (There's a nice TV available, but we enjoyed "movie nights" on the projector this trip. The place is clean and has all the amenities you'd expect. It was a special last-minute find that made our week enjoyable. Amanda is a great host and even took the time to help me locate resources for an article on this area.

We felt very comfortable and at home in The Wilson House. There was plenty of room for everyone. In our party we had 6 (8yr, 14, 16, 46,53 and 79)! Our hosts were so thoughtful and provided eggs from their chickens and some breakfast items. We got in late so that saved us and we ended up having breakfast for dinner. The sun porch was lovely for watching fireflies in the evening and relaxing. The kitchen was better stocked with gadgets than my own! We could tell the hosts had put a lot of thought into the home and hosting guests.

Very peaceful cabin right on the water. The local restaurants and fishing stores had great food!

This Airbnb was amazing! It had all the room we needed for family!!

Mom and Pops place is fantastic. Located on an active farm, I felt right at home watching the family work cattle one afternoon. The location is way off any main road, and you don't hear a peep at night. The owners live right next door and are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I look forward to being in the area for another stay, it was perfect.

Very pleasant stay. The building is quiet. Location is convenient to everything in town. Was there for three weeks. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here and found the home very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the bathrooms were clean. Her mining equipment was fantastic and made us feel like professionals at the crater of diamonds!
