We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The Bakehouse is a totally self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house. We also have "The Cob" and "The Barn", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

A tiny, quaint, timber framed, thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering a romantic stay with complete privacy for two people. It is an incredibly peaceful place to stay -fall asleep to the hoot of owls and be woken by bird song. It’s located in the quintessentially English village of Elsworth, 8 miles from Cambridge.

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. Enter this timeless and elegant church, constructed in 1794 and located in the picturesque village of Duxford, just a stone's throw from the lively city centre of Cambridge. This Grade II listed church has been thoughtfully transformed into two boutique mezzanine one-bedroom apartments, preserving the building's graceful original features. The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.
