Had a great stay at Yuriy's place! We had an extended booking, and it was a great stay and location. He's an amazing host and was super responsive to issues that came up! Highly, highly recommend it!

We stayed at this cute guest house for a month and everything was as described. Nicole was very responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is a short drive (3-10 minutes) to everything you’d need.

Terrific experience. So nice to have the place all to myself. Great backyard, securely fenced. Fabulous location, central but safe and quiet, easy access to everything, great grocery stores nearby. Loved the Nespresso machine - I'm a convert now. Sia was an exceptional host, and always quick to reply to any questions! Hope to be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing and accurately represented by the photos. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the host was efficient. we were in town early and they let us park in the driveway in the morning before our early checkin. Overall, it was a positive experience that met our expectations perfectly. We would recommend this rental.

Kim’s place was perfect for our group while attending a wedding in Guelph. The house is beautiful, clean and well setup for everything that was needed. Kim was friendly and responsive and we were perfectly pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

We chose Cullan’s property as it was close to a wedding venue nearby. We stayed 2 nights to be able to relax and enjoy the property amenities before the event. We did just that. While it was late in the season, (October) we were lucky to enjoy very temperate weather. It’s located out in the countryside, pastoral and lovely to walk the country roads. The host family was very friendly and accommodating.

Wendy’s suite was beautifully appointed and had everything I needed. The suite was very clean and the building was lovely. Wendy’s instructions were clear and helpful. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Waterloo.

Had a splendid time bonding with my family and kids, it was so much fun for us: the swimming pool, hot tub, grills, karaoke, darts and so much more made our stay very exciting. Adam and Carolyn were easy to contact and their response was prompt, many thanks for the popcorns and floaters...the kids loved it It was more than our expectation amd we're looking forward to coming back again next summer. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The place is incredibly spacious, and it felt like living in a movie with its vintage and rustic charm. It’s truly a piece of art! We were two families, and the kids had an absolute blast in the pool, roasting marshmallows at night, and enjoying BBQs. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon lemonade , so peaceful and scenic. This house is a dream for anyone who loves a rustic, artistic style. We made beautiful memories here and had so much fun. Highly recommend this place – we loved it!

Lovely loft space over the owner’s garage. Very private, clean and attractively decorated. Great shower, comfy beds, and access to thermostat. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to downtown, Ancaster Mill, and waterfalls. Milena was very welcoming and responsive. A recommended stay.

This is our second time staying at Jennifer and Kevin’s and as always they are formidable hosts. The place was spotless and if there was any issue they were both quick and easy to communicate it to have it solved. My partner and I plan to stay here again in our future Waterloo trips.

This stay was an important one for us as we were making the move to Canada with 2 dogs and a cat. Kathy was very accommodating and made the stay as comfortable as possible for us. The unit is dark and cozy, and came equipped with a full kitchen and sharp knives, which is a bonus. She also provided us with bottled water and creamer for our coffee, as well as a welcoming bowl of fruit. The yard itself is very large and gave my dogs a great space to run and let out some energy. We didn't get a chance to introduce my dogs to Sivy, her big puppy, and that was mostly on my part as I wasn't feeling up to managing 2 dogs meeting another for the first time. Kathy was great about letting me know when she needed to be out with her dog so we wouldn't accidentally cross paths. If you need a place to stay with your dogs, I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for your hospitality, Kathy!

I stayed at this Airbnb with my family and dog, and it was a wonderful experience. Natasha truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel welcome. She is incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you Frank for the perfect stay. We stayed for 5 weeks and loved every moment of it. The location is great, in a new development and there are some amazing trails to explore nearby with lots of wildlife. it's a short drive into Brantford and a few minutes to the 403 so a a ideal location for those getting out and about. The photos do not do this place justice, the house is huge and well equipped. It was so big my 9 year-old friend demanded to play hide and seek every single time he visited because there were so many hiding spaces. A perfect home away from home, we will 100% be back :)

The stay at Anson's was amazing! the surroundings are beautiful and the place is very cozy. Anson is an excellent host, very responsive and provided great local recommendations! The unit was clean when we arrived and it matched the description and photos. Anson also has automatic lights that make life that much easier when arriving. I felt right at home in Anson's place! 10/10 recommend! Great stay and incredible host!

Ashleigh is a lovely, considerate host who exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities. After a full day it was much appreciated to have a place that was welcoming and felt like home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful Airbnb - one that I felt quite spoilt to stay at as I was there only for work purposes. Natalie has decorated the whole suite with lots of aesthetically pleasing wall art, furniture and other decorative pieces. There is every imaginable amenities - the kitchen has all the tools that may be required - drip brew coffee maker, moka pot and french press - just to give a sense. The beddings, towels, blankets are all provided in abundance. She was so kind and responsive that when the coffee maker was having some issues for me, she went out and bought a brand new and (expensive looking) coffee maker and had it there by that afternoon. Truly an amazing place.

Langford Guesthouse is small but so cozy and comfy. We were here for the month of April 2025. You definitely need a car to get places but we are used to that and it's what we prefer. Liz & James are busy parents but if you need anything, they are right there. We feel so blessed to have found it. Come check it out....you won't be disappointed.
