It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The Beach House

This unique place has a style all its own. Sat on the sand dunes, with uninterrupted views of the sea and direct access to Greatstone Beach. This family and dog friendly contemporary passive cube is well positioned for attractions on the South Coast. Less than 100 metres from the sea at high tide, it’s ideal for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, land yachting, canoeing and jet skiing. In the evening, retire to the decking to BBQ freshly caught local fish and enjoy watching a spectacular sunset.

Dungeness Eco Beach Retreat with Sea Views

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. Sunspot is heated by an air source heat pump. Solar panels and batteries give sunspot over 70% of its daily energy needs. Accommodating 6: 2 bedrooms and mezzanine twin

Excellent beach-front views of Rye Bay, a spacious modern house set above the beach on a private lane. Its four bedrooms enjoy sea views and there's room on the balcony to relax in the morning sun. The Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across the bay to the busy shipping lanes of the English Channel. A great base for exploring Rye and East Sussex, or the rock pools of the beach. There are 32 steps up to the house. 7kW EV charger, bring your type 2 cable (pay online per kWh). Pet free.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.

Professionally cleaned for each stay. Its a 5 minute romp to the beach over the magnificent Camber sand dunes and a moments walk to a wonderful coffee shop by day, bar by night venue, fish & chip shop or the curry restaurant.
