This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Sitting on nearly an acre with privacy so difficult to find, this home features a circular driveway, full length deck, master suite with its own private deck, a chef's kitchen with high end appliances, and close proximity to all that Whidbey Island has to offer.

A Tiny House in the Forest

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.
