Great place, very clean, fast response from Host. A well equipped Kitchen, good balcony to watch the Sunset from the 3rd floor. Walking distance to fast foods, bakery or short drive to restaurants, downtown and beaches. We strongly recommend a stay here.

Kenny is a great host, the place is very well located in a peaceful area to enjoy the magic of Rincon. The apartment is very comfortable, needs a few fixes, and it is very pleasant to stay and very functional. For sure would go back and stay to enjoy Rincon and the westernest area of PR.

Everything was great, oceanview and spacious apartment. Plus having backup generator was super helpful as it cover all the building. The only thing I would say it’s that some parts have wear and tear but the place was super clean. No bugs or insects which is my #1 priority :)

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip to Puerto Rico! This place is comfortable, safe, fun, and conveniently located. We loved the pool and private beach and enjoyed being just a 10-minute drive from downtown Rincon, where we found great happy hours, live music, relaxing beaches, and some of the best coffee shops we’ve ever visited. Jennifer was an excellent host, providing great recommendations for activities in the area. The condo also included beach chairs and an umbrella, perfect for day trips. The locals in the building were friendly and helpful as well. Before this trip, we knew little about Rincon, but now we can’t wait to return—it’s truly a special place!

Javier was always available for us. The place is carefully decorated, with loads of elements reminding you that the beach is waiting for you, so you should get there ASAP. Very comfortable and spacious space with great natural light. Nearby sea, city centre only a few minutes drive.

I want to comment on a previous negative review. Amaury's place is a vacation home used by a family. It has a lived in look and feel. Anyone who is a homeowner knows that there is always something to fix. If you are looking for a stay that has a hotel room sterility, this is not the place for you. After hurricane Maria, disaster capitalists swooped in and bought up distressed properties to add to their portfolios. Many of those properties are rented through AirBnB and furnished by Rent-A-Center. Look there if you find a "lived in" condo offensive. We stayed with Amaury for the month of February. The beach in front of Condominio Sol y Playa is among the best on the west coast. We cook many of our meals. We found the kitchen supplies more than adequate. It took one text message for Amaury to have a toaster delivered the same day, and a plumbing issue resolved the next day. The king size bed was very comfortable. With the windows open, we never used the AC. Definitely stay here again

This place is beautiful and very homely to stay at on vacation. Would definitely recommend and go back. Eva is a super host, very flexible, and responds quicks.

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon! Great time, the parking spot is missing the tag, so it can be a bit tough to figure out, but we got it, overall it was a good spot to lay our heads. All instructions were clear enough by host. Near great restaurants.

We had an excellent experience. The location is incredible, with a beach and pool right out the door. Everything was clean and worked well, and it was a pleasant surprise to show up and have plenty of supplies (things like dish soap, trash bags, even toiletries). Laundry in the apartment was also very convenient. Would love to come back!

Jennifer was a fantastic communicator. The condo facing the ocean was beautiful and clean. Loved the sound of the ocean throughout the day and night. Thank you! We made some great family memories.

Absolute gem for a stay in such a great area. Perfect for families and groups with tons of space, gorgeous bathrooms, and really well thought out common areas. Easy drive to all the best Rincon area beaches plus a private beach access that was the best place to catch Rincon’s famous sunsets. There were tons of welcoming touches like extra sunblock, a cool Bluetooth speaker table, plenty of towels and washcloths, and great beach supplies including a cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, cooler, toys, and more. Would not hesitate to recommend for locals or those visiting from outside the island!

Muy buena

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

The unit, the location, the views from the balcony ... all are absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We felt immediately at home! It is clear that Taylor has set up the place to make you feel totally at home right from the moment you arrive! Plus, when we had a question or wanted an idea or recommendation, she was super quick to respond with helpful advice. Highly recommend!!!

I loved the place, beautiful decorated, well equipped, great location, clean, peaceful, not crowded and one assigned parking spot but there is more parking outside the gate for other guests . Electric power went out for several hours but they did have flashlights in the apartment that came handy and they open a trouble ticket with the energy company. We took a cold refreshing shower, we went to bed with no ac or fan but the apartment stayed cool . Early midnight power came back . I’ll recommend for dining The Beach House with exquisite Caribbean cusine, and for pastries and sandwiches Ricomini Bakery. Overall experience was great.
