Pozitionare excelenta a apartamentului. Ne-a placut zona foarte mult, foarte animata, cu restaurante frumoase si cu mancare excelenta. Se ajunge foarte usor in zona Domului si centru istoric, iar plimbarea pe via Etnea e relaxanta.

Laura and Fabrizio were awesome hosts. Place was exactly as they said. Great location and quick response time. Highly recommend staying here.

Recensisco con molto piacere l'alloggio del signor Giovanni, che come host è stato veramente impeccabile. La casa si trova a circa 9 min dal mare e presenta nelle vicinanze un fornitissimo supermercato. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e servito di tutto il necessario. Consiglierei l'alloggio a gruppi e famiglie data la disponibilità di spazio (interno ed esterno) e dei servizi vicini all'alloggio.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie fantastyczny! Już od pierwszego momentu zachwyciło mnie, jak pięknie i starannie wszystko zostało przygotowane. Apartament był niesamowicie czysty, pachnący i widać było, że dbałość o każdy detal stoi tu na pierwszym miejscu. Co więcej, rzeczywistość zdecydowanie przerosła moje oczekiwania – apartament okazał się o wiele większy i bardziej przestronny, niż wynikało to ze zdjęć. Było mnóstwo miejsca do relaksu, pracy czy wspólnego spędzania czasu. Dodatkowe udogodnienia, takie jak w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy, szybkie Wi-Fi, czy wygodna strefa wypoczynkowa, sprawiły, że czułem/am się jak w domu (albo nawet lepiej!). Z czystym sumieniem mogę powiedzieć, że to jeden z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich miałem/am okazję się zatrzymać. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, wysokiego standardu i naprawdę przyjemnej atmosfery.

This is a great property. The location could not be beat -- easy to access, close to parking, and in the heart of everything. The apartment is beautiful -- very spacious, quiet given its central location, beautifully furnished, and well equipped with everything you need. Maria Grazia was a lovely host -- very friendly and welcoming, proactive in making arrangements, gave clear instructions, and was very responsive. She even arranged for ZTL access, so it was easy to pull right up and drop the bags off. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

First 2 things to be aware of: the apartment is up about 20 stairs, so Keep that in mind. Also the bathroom which is quite nice is on the complete other side of the apartment away from the bedrooms. If you are ok with that, this is a wonderful place. Great location just off Ortigia and easy to walk to almost everything. The apartment is in good condition and the host took care of pretty much everything we needed. Response time is good. We stayed for 11 nights and rented a car twice; a day trip to The Noto area and an overnight to Toarmina and Mt. Etna. Was more to see and do, but you need a car for most things not on the train line. You’ll like this spot.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

The place is very nice. A very comfortable sofa and bed. A full size refrigerator and a good kitchen. The only thing that I missed was a microwave. But other than that the place is great. The hosts are exceptional, and I would recommend it and also stay there again.

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

El Loft de Emilia y Roberto es una excelente opción para los que deseen disfrutar de unas vacaciones en Catania. El alojamiento donde se destaca la limpieza y los servicios, cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con cocina equipada , lavadero y un bañó completo en Planta baja y una habitación con baño completo en Planta . La ubicación es buena se puede llegar caminando tanto si centro como a la Estación Centrales . Los anfitriones siempre fueron muy amables y estuvieron a disposición para mis consultas o para poder solucionarme cualquier inconveniente. Si vuelvo a Catania ,volveré a este alojamiento en el cuál me sentí muy a gusto. Lo recomiendo !!

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Our stay was great. The location is perfect , well stocked apartment and very clean. Gabriele was amazing to work with. He met us at the apartment , helped with our luggage and responded very quickly when we sent messages. We traveled around by bus /train and he was always available to help. Gabriele linked us to a wonderful experience with a chef for a personal cooking class. Highly recommend. We would return for sure.

Just a short walk to everything in the city center! There is a Lidl 1 block away - perfect to pick up some items. Place is very clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay.
