The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Tucked off street in a family neighborhood, you can expect a relatively quiet stay despite easy access to Hwy 101 making it an great stopover on your way up 101. Proximity to restaurants, wineries, and grocery stores, makes it an awesome location for longer stays. This small cottage is fully furnished with everything you need to get a good sleep, make your own meals, or chat with friends on the patio. This is a 1940's quaint cottage with two bedrooms and an open layout living room/kitchen.
