This place is a perfect getaway for any fisherman who want to get on Ky lake. Has a private boat slip and lots of bank access for bank fishing. Ben was a great host and was very responsive. This was the perfect place for my youngest brother’s bachelor trip and I will definitely be back.

We had a great week! The instructions provided for getting to the house and inside were very clear. We really appreciated the fresh eggs when we arrived too! We had a small issue with the lock on the sliding door and it was fixed the same day which was great.

This little gem was a great find. Peaceful, serene and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely stay again. Wes is super responsive and helpful.

We loved the house and location. We have a big family and it easily fit us for one of our son’s graduation from Murray. Our littles enjoyed being able to run around and play hide and seek. The neighborhood is beautiful for taking walks. We had plenty of space for us to have dinners together. A coffee pot has been added (one of the reviews stated how they didn’t have one just clarifying, it has been updated with one…a very nice one, k cups or 12 cup option).

It was a great place with a mix of old southern charm and modern amenities, the only interesting thing that happened was there was a couple staying next door and they decided to set a blow up mattress on the middle of the lawn in the back yard lol, also water was low at the dock but we managed to get the boat in and out, had a blast and looking forward to coming back!!! Enjoyed the peacefulness of this home. We had lots of space for family as we like to have our own bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space! Spotless, quiet and so fun being right on campus. I loved all the MSU touches. And the restaurant downstairs was delicious!

Enjoyed staying at Matt's place while in town for work. It's in a great location, close to everything in Murray and easy to get around. The home was clean and comfortable and Matt was very responsive.

all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We booked very last minute due to an issue with a different place we had planned to stay and still got a great deal and a great room.

Great place to stay for the north end of Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort area. Place was great and easy to get to, clean, set up well, kitchen has everything you need, perfect for a couple people to stay for some lake time. Parking lot is a little tight but still room for a couple trucks and trailers if you’re fishing/boating. Dock to use is good, covered, has bumpers and tie offs, and power. Area safe and felt good about leaving boat overnight in the slip and in parking lot.
