We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

An absolutely amazingly beautiful little cottage with very peaceful surroundings! Mark and Tracey were perfect, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay for our mini moon! Mark the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! Mark lit a BBQ for us one night and when we went up he had laid plates of spices and herb butter! The cottage was clean and cosy! Plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We are so glad we picked you guys for a memorable stay! We will see you at Glasto in June xx

We’ve just spent a wonderful four nights here, absolutely loved it. Helen is a wonderful host, property was exactly as described, warm and cosy, lovely homely feel. Big bonus with this property is the free onsite parking, a rarity in Polperro. The walk back up from the village is a bit slower, but is how it’s described in the listing. We preferred to go to & fro the village via Brackenside lane (follow google maps) which continues onto a pretty woodland path and down a long flight of steps coming out near the ice cream shop. The ice cream shop is amazing! Beautiful lunch at The Three Pilchards and the views from the roof terrace eating area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have had a fantastic few days away celebrating my birthday. The cottage is beautiful with everything you need. Comfy bed & sofa & the hot tub was fabulous! We will definitely be back

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Nicola's place. We can highly recommend this most relaxing and peaceful place in stunning Cornwall. Nicola is a great host and has made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! Sue & Crispin have created a wonderful and welcoming place. The cottage is charming and quirky, with the cosiness you want from a country escape but with all the modern amenities you could wish for. the garden is stunning and never ending with woods, huts and ponds to discover. very thoughtful hosts with an attention to detail and very happy to assist with whatever is needed. thank you for such a lovely stay.

A wonderful base to explore North Cornwall, the cottage is well equipped and very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Erik was very helpful and responded to any queries I had very promptly.

Crackington Haven beach is my favourite place. I keep coming back, year after year. Mineshop itself is nestled in a peaceful valley within walking distance of the beach. The cottage we stayed in this time is fairly compact and simple, but comfortable all the same. Checking in and out was easy, and they're friendly, too. Highly recommend.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

We had a fantastic time at Jenny’s lovely cottage! Jenny is kind and helpful, and communicated throughout to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the garden and location is a little peace of heaven. Small mishap with the cleaning at arrival, but quickly resolved with a very friendly housekeeper. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll be back soon!

We had a lovely stay. Sarah was very flexible with checking in and out which enabled us to make the most of our 2 night stay. The cottage is cosy and very private. we enjoyed the food at the Napoleon on our hosts recommendation and found the locals very friendly. Principally we were there to walk the coastal path, which is stunning and dramatic. The local bus service was good and reliable so we could walk one way and catch the bus back. Tintagel is an easy walk from Paradise Farm and Crackington Haven is an achievement 😎

We had a lovely few days at Cats Cottage. It was so peaceful and comfortable, just what we were looking for. Bridget was very helpful and communicative, and the food supplies and daffodils on arrival were very thoughtful and so welcoming. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Das Wuggle Cottage war ein bezaubernder Rückzugsort. Es strahlte eine Gemütlichkeit aus, die man selten findet. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer machte die Abende perfekt und hielt uns an zwei Tagen angenehm warm. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus traditionellem Charme und heimeliger Atmosphäre. 🌲🔥

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

This house is actually bigger and much nicer than it looks on the pictures. We would love to stay here over and over again!

set in a beautiful mews of original workers cottages in quiet rural location with excellent pub next door . easy access to camel trail and Cornwall's attractions . Cottage very nice ,real log fireplace ,snug and perfect for 4 of us . Recommended

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.
