We own the local live music venue and have frequently have bands coming to town that need a clean safe location! This house is an absolute gem! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean , good quality kitchen ware, great communication, and overall so much character. We loved the spaciousness and the location (very friendly neighbors!) and the back yard was perfect for our puppy. The Blackwater Nature preserve is very close by and is not to be missed. We couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend this lovely home and will definitely return!

Very nice house. Mattox Creek is just a few steps away from the back door, with a very nice dock to sit out and enjoy the water view. I enjoyed grilling dinner one night while being able to look out over the water. The kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from Colonial Beach. Mari is a great host!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

This house was great! It had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. Jacqueline was so helpful, friendly and such a pleasant person. Very caring and was available everyone I reached out to her. The house was very comfortable. Our group of 10 had no complaints. I would 100 percent recommend this house to friends and family. This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neghborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our puppy and it even included a ramp for dogs that struggle with steps! Inside was superb, everything we needed was taken care of. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances, cutlery, and cookware. The bathrooms were spotless. I hope this property is available the next time we visit North Beach!

thanks so much for the lovely stay. I thought it was so sweet they reached out to ask if it was okay to do some light decorations for christmas. I appreciate the consideration and loved them. when I arrived at the home one of the smoke detectors was chirping and I offered to replace it if they could tell me where some batteries were. bill came over right away and took care of the chirping detector. I really appreciate that.

Connie's house was the perfect getaway. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. If you want to go to a place to enjoy their restaurants and stores, this is not the place as the town doesn't have much to offer in that sense, nor the next town Warsaw. We drove one day to Fredericksburg for a nice restaurant and it was great. For basic needs there is a convenience store five minutes away and a Food Lions 15 minutes drive. Now about the house: the game room is a plus with arcade, ping pong and board games; kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge with ice maker (big tray with a constant supply of ice); reliable wifi; TVs in every room; big bath tub in the main bathroom; nice backyard with a table to eat outside and a solo fire pit in front of the water, and nice kayaks that you can use steps from the house (watch the tide as when it goes down, there is not enough water to get in); and importantly the place was spotless, no clutter, no dust. Totally recommend it

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

Great place to stay. Hyrum was quick to respond when I messaged him. Neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to the highway. Would stay here again.

The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Cupboards were stocked. The view of the river is gorgeous. Brian responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

This was a great vacation. This place has it all from the pool to the kayaking, fishing, crabbing and the late night fires were we all just sat around the fire and enjoyed the time together. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all. The family had a great time. Definitely would rent this place again.

Keith was so super sweet! Always texted back if I had a question. He was welcoming since our first contact. The house was amazing. It felt like home and we treated like home. Definitely will be back again. Absolutely stunning!!

A true gem of a location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Our family enjoyed staying at Roxanne’s loft - from the cozy space, amenities, to the close proximity to the O’Gara Training Center which made our daily schedule seamless. Rox was responsive, proactive and quickly addressed any questions we had. Her attentiveness made us feel taken care of throughout the entire trip - thank you!

Awesome property! Directions and information from Brian were very helpful. First place we’ve ever stayed that had an elevator in a house. Very cool! Spacious parking as we had two cars and surroundings made you feel very safe.

This place was exactly what my partner and I needed to rest and relax and spend quality time. The private beach made us feel like we were on our own resort. The home itself has even more comfort and amenities than you see in the pictures. Beautiful furnishings, clean, full of light. The main bedroom is upstairs and is positioned towards the beach so you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrise without leaving your bed and hear the waves while you sleep. The balcony off the bedroom is another great seating area if you’re looking for quiet time. There is a super comfy couch in the living room which makes it a great place to relax and watch tv or play games. There are some games available at the house. bikes and kayaks. We spent a nice day lounging on the beach chairs and on the porch chairs before making dinner, didn’t need to bring kitchen supplies since most were available. Did bring own spices. Tim was great and all his tips and info pre arrival were super helpful. We’ll definitely return

Lara's place was amazing! Super comfortable 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms, pristine, comforatble beds in all 3 bedrooms and located in a great are of North Beach, MD. She was very proactive and communicated fast and well. The place is just minutes walking distance to the water side and plenty of good restaurants and great coffee shops. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay in the North Beach area. Thanks for having us, Lara.

This was our second stay with Bob and Lolly in Tall Timbers, and it did not disappoint! Immersed in books and history, this quaint cottage was the perfect getaway. We are looking forward to our next visit!
