House was very nice with a gorgeous view. The owner was very courteous and responded quickly to our questions. I would recommend using google maps to find it. I used Waze and it tried to take me in on a back dirt road.

Grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to stay on this beautiful farm with such amazing hosts. They were super friendly and helpful and so easy to work with. The farm was just what our family needed to get away and spend some quality time together. Thank you.

Our stay was short but so perfect. Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Poppy n Rosie are the best pups, Emmys is the most adorable place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. The cabin is super cute and had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were so much fun. Abby was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again.

Such a cozy and secluded spot in the WV mountains! Besides a cooler of food, basically everything was here that you would need plus some thoughtful amenities like a s’mores kit and coffee! We loved exploring the surrounding hills and fishing in the pond. The fireplace was especially cozy on a chilly evening. An excellent weekend getaway! Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Luke's place. Very close to Summersville shopping center, so located at very convenient spot. The interior was well-decorated. It has all necessary amenities including heater, AC, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker etc. The bed was very spacious, a king bed. Luke took great care of us. Highly recommend this place, will visit again.

Our 9 day stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Jeremy and Brenna were very responsive and friendly while giving us our space. I cannot emphasize enough the privacy this rental provides, plus, all the birding I was able to do on the deck as it was peak spring migration. It was spacious and our 4 year old Corgi, Barney, felt comfortable from day 1. Everything was clean and neat, and I loved the "sheep" theme. The swing down the way has an amazing overlook although we had mostly cloudy evenings so we missed out on a sunset. I think the icing on the cake is renting from local residents. We are so drawn to West Virginia and Appalachian culture (I'm from there), and everything we encountered was true to my roots. Also, there are so many one lane backroads we traveled, which is always an adventure as you never know what treasures await. Lovely people, lovely place, lovely getaway. We'll be back!

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

Nice stay. Quiet, nice view, clean. Only complaint is that the bed is not a mattress, but two memory foam pads. It was ok. Might need another memory foam layer if youre going that route. Some outlets needed fixed because they're loose on the wall. Some water damage in bathroom near corner across from shower.
