This 2nd floor apt has a master bedroom, living area with a fold out futon, Roku TV and dinner table, a full bathroom with standing shower and a hotel style kitchen including a coffee maker, coffee, toaster, hot water kettle, microwave/convection oven and common cutlery & kitchen necessities. One room has a Queen and a day bed. 2nd room has 2 full beds, maximum 6. Need more space? The main cabin can be rented with this apartment, sleeping a total of 16! Enjoy our renovated light filled two-story back apartment, centrally located in the Four Seasons neighborhood of St. Johnsbury. This comfortable and clean private space is within walking distance to many local attractions, including the St. Johnsbury Academy, the Fairbanks Museum, Catamount Arts, and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, as well as shopping and restaurants. Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, Dog Mountain and more are just a short drive away. Bike and ski storage is available.

Explore sacred woodlands, gardens, mountain air, pond & stream in this lovingly tended medicinal plant, forest & wildlife sanctuary. Hygge Den is accessed through a working garage. Herbalists Rae & Mitch live upstairs.

Cozy Waterfront Apt - Steps from VAST/LVRT

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
