I was hosted by the co-host Yogesh. He was always available for any query and helped us a lot in provoding local contacys, references. The flat is absolutely having everything that someone needs. Its home away from home. Just 10mins distance from Dabolim airport and we found a lot of things to do and see near by. It was a perfect peaceful vacation😊 Thank you very much Yogesh for all your help during our stay. 🙏

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

Zennova Homes at Rio De Goa really felt home away from home....rather felt more peace than my real home. Clean inside & outside as well. Peaceful & secured society. I stayed at Tata Rio for two days and my stay was amazing. I had come to see a family friends ailing dad. my plan's cancelled. The co host Yogesh was very accommodating. He helped me with arranging bike and etched out a two day self tour for me. I was really surprised that I was able to see so many beaches and visit the best of the places for food. Yogesh always responded to my texts and calls immediately. Since I was all alone I felt safe at the appartment and I was able to visit the places he suggested. Over all a very good experience. I entered the house being anxious and overwhelmed but I left with a happy face. I promised Yogesh next time I m gonna well plan my trip & will surely book this place for stay. this is the most peaceful place. loved the gym, pool the greenery & the silence. For a person like me coming from Mumbai staying at the most silent place was heaven. i loved making my mrg tea n coffee. thanks for those tea powder & sugar. i really felt like home. 5* for the Host.

Wonderful stay. Loved the host and the property. The society swimming pool was amazing.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Staymaster 2BHK villa in Nerul. The property is beautifully maintained with stylish and thoughtfully done interiors that instantly make you feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The villa is perfectly located near Coco Beach, and the drive leading up to it is absolutely scenic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in North Goa.

The villa was even better than the pics. the service was even better than most 5 stars i have stayed in. the house keeping staff were always smiling and we're available for anything. the property manager astillo was available for anything and was so easy to deal with. he helped us with anything on the planet. would definetly come back next time I am in goa

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Spent two nights at this place with my family and what a place !!!! Beautiful villa, lovely pool and the best part is the private jacuzzi. The host recommended some nearby places for lunch / dinner which was also great! I highly recommend this place for a family of 4-5 as it’s quite spacious and peaceful!
