Calahonda : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Terrassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber in der Reserva de Marbella war hervorragend: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell auf alle Nachrichten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ohne Auto ist die Lage sehr schwierig, da viele Dinge nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

The apartment is exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and has everything that is needed for a fab stay. Hot Tub worked perfectly after adjusting the settings and we used it multiple times every day. The location is easily accessible and in a beautiful and peaceful location. The host is extremely flexible, responsive and very helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat and can only recommend.

Beautiful apartment , very spacious and in a quiet location. Amenities are first class , and the apartment is exceptionally clean and tidy. Helen and Mustafa are a lovely couple on hand if needed and helpful with suggestions for shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our week away.

Marinas Wohnung war für uns einfach perfekt. Gross, hell, schön eingerichtet. Auf den beiden Terrassen gibt es den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt in einer hübschen kleinen Gasse und ist absolut ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten, ebenso zum Bus. Marina und ihre Eltern sind sehr sympatisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer innerhalb von Sekunden erreichbar. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben und werden bestimmt versuchen, wieder zu buchen.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Tout était conforme à la description, l'environnement était paisible et beau. Les lits étaient très confortables et l'intérieur était propre. De plus, le supermarché juste à côté de la maison est un plus ! Je recommande.

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

Very cosy house in a nice surrounding. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very small, but has enough equipment to make a decent meal. Calming place to stay, especially if you like being outdoors. The terrace is nice and sunny, but also has shadow in different areas throughout the day because of the surrounding threes, which made it a good place the entire day. Also the pool area was nice and relaxing.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay in Marbella. It was very peaceful on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. The town was just a few minutes away. Aldi is just right down the road. Marbella is a beautiful town and I'm happier up on the hills. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is one of my favorite airbnbs to date.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!! Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt: Joakim hat die Anreise sehr gut vorbereitet und mit seinen detaillierten Angaben war es kein Problem, die Schlüssel abzuholen und die Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung komplett, von Küche (incl. der nötigsten Gewürze) bis zur Dachterrasse mit Liegen/Jacuzzi und Grill. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Anlage mit mehreren absolut sauberen Pools. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon als auch von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Durch die süd-west-Ausrichtung der Wohnung kann man auch auf dem Balkon vor dem Wohnraum die Sonne bis zum Abend genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar, Joakim hatte in der Wohnung eine Mappe mit guten Tipps zu Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Sollten wir wieder nach Casares fahren werden wir gerne noch einmal hier wohnen.

Die Wohnung war super. Wir haben sie als Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflüge in Andalusien genutzt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für Alles!

Amazing stay and beautiful hosts! :) The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay! We arrived late and were greeted with essentials and good vibes! I can’t put into words how beautiful the compound is! You’ll have to book and see it for ya selves! We will be back :)
