Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Die Villa ist größer als auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Spanisch spricht, funktioniert aber mit einem Übersetzer. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in gehdistanz zu erreichen.

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. Un super séjour dans la maison d'Antonio. De très belles prestations, une décoration magnifique, tout le confort pour passer de très bons moments. La terrasse est très agréable. Le village est très bien situé pour découvrir l'île en voiture.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Logement spacieux et très cosy, petite cour intérieure sans vis à vis. Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Peu d'intérêt dans Manacor mais localisation idéale pour visiter l'île. Pere est réactif et s'est montré arrangeant. Nous recommandons

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mariano. La maison est hyper agréable, bien agencée et bien équipée. Elle est également bien placée pour sillonner l’île. L’environnement clos est parfait pour les enfants. Très léger bémol concernant la literie: les matelas sont relativement mous. Question de goût… Mais on y dort bien quand même;-) Merci à Mariano pour son accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y retourner !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das alte Stadthaus hat unglaublich viel Charme, alles war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

We enjoyed our time as guests of Arnoud in Port Soller to the full. The house is in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped. Arnoud made sure everything ran smoothly and gave us valuable tips for our stay. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Port Soller is a beautiful place and is a very good starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana. We would love to come back.

A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

Villa Ana is in the most peaceful spot - just outside the town of Soller, which is lovely, surrounded by mountains with the sound of birds, chickens and occasional dog, and the toot-toot of the Soller to Port of Soller tram. The garden is full of lemon trees and the smell is wonderful especially in the evenings. A short walk to local Spar which is basic but clean and staff helpful. The town is a bit further on but walkable (we are in our 70s and 80s and managed it!). The villa is equipped with all we needed, spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely, a maintenance man called during our stay. It is deep so not for young children who can't yet swim. Antonio was the perfect host. Met us on arrival and showed us around then left us in peace but responded very quickly the two times we needed his help. We wanted to rest in peace and quiet and for that it was perfect!

A recommander! Appartement très bien équipé, parfait avec des enfants avec l'accès à la plage direct, le magnifique vue. L'appartement est très propre. Joana est très attentive et s'adapte à nos horaires d'arrivée et départ. Des douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée. pour information, l'électricité est à régler à la fin du séjour.

we spent 6 days at the well equipped and impeccably clean apartment. we enjoyed the strong morning sun (and sunrises) on the balcony and enjoyed the view alot. generous amount of towels, very comfortable beds. just a few steps away from the seaside we could go for walks and food. if you are looking for a place that is not in the middle of crowded Can Picafort and yet you want to enjoy the town AND sea, that's your place!

A perfect Airbnb holiday experience! 5 adults and a 6 month old had a great time on holiday with this apartment as a base! Location is as good as it gets in Puerto Pollensa! Big area, very well equipped and great communication from the host! Will hopefully be back in future!

Ed & Wayne were great hosts! Our friends and my wife and I spent the weekend in Port de Soller, and this location was perfect for accessing the Port, great restaurants, and it was tucked in a peaceful hillside community. Would stay here again!

Eine wirkich absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für eine Familie mit Kleinkind, die auch gern aktiv ist und einen ruhigen und idyllischen Rückzugsort bevorzugt. Die Ausstattung hat für uns perfekt gepasst und wir haben uns in der privaten Umgebung der Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Zentrum von Alcudia aber dennoch abseits gelegen, sodass man eher ein ländliches Gefühl hat. Vor allem das verfügbare Spielzeug und Trampolin, sowie der Sandkasten und Trettraktor waren für uns Gold wert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit bei euch, wir kommen gern wieder!

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had a lovely stay of 12 nights at the end of April in 2025 with a family of 9; 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The house was super clean, light and modern. The beds were very comfortabel and the bathrooms all in very good state. The swimming pool is large and ideal since it is a salt bath. Estefania is a very lovely host, she will help you with whatever you need. Perfect holiday!

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. I highly recommend this place. the host is really nice and communicative and helpful the house is beautiful and well acquitted the kitchen is full of kitchen supplies and dishes. the surrounding is beautiful and calm green and lots of fresh air. although it was cold and we didn't get in the pool it shows that it's really clean. we recommend it completely

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.

We had wonderful stay in Jaime's house for almost 2 weeks in early September 2024. The house has well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space and lovely and immaculately maintained swimming pool. We loved and will miss our breakfasts at the terrace surrounded by mountains and tree's canopies. Warm nights allowed us to enjoy outdoor space late into the night. Jaime is a great host. Very attentive and ready to help and to solve any potential problems. Small or big. In terms of small problems we experienced it was ants in the kitchen (not a real problem really), random tripping of fuses which started after a storm and lasted for 2-3 days after and the biggest, difficult parking spot, especially when you rent a bigger car. None of the above really changed the fact that we had a great stay. We highly recommend this peaceful location with a great host to anybody that is looking for similar. There is plenty of things to do and see in this part of island, but car is a must.

The grounds and house are simply outstanding. The grounds are huge, incredibly well presented and thought out in every way, and are adorned with statues and beautiful artworks all with a beautiful themes of Africa and Majorca too. The garden also boasts A hot tub, sauna, and outdoor kitchen complete with woodfired pizza oven, a paella grill, and facilities to host a large gathering/large family event. Our host was exceptional and reacted quickly and promptly to any request/ requirement. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all round!!! Xx
