Its our 3rd time staying in this place and as always we had a great experience. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

My stay at Mae’s place was fantastic! The space was incredibly spacious and luxurious, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The quiet atmosphere added to the serenity of the experience. The attention to detail and amenities surpassed my expectations. Mae’s hospitality, responsiveness, and the cozy ambiance made it a perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Clean and spacious. Host is responsive and has clear instructions on how to enter the place.

They are very accomodating to our requests. Area is residential and is very accessible to stores, highway and other shops.

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

Love the awesome view from the balcony!!! Great location, clean, quiet, and just a 10-15 mins walk to my next favourite spot, Limketkai Centre.

But she still accommodate me and charge very reasonable rate for the excess guest. Your place is Great, bigger than we used to other condo in other Area. The location is very good highly recommended. We definitely loved our stay. Jose's place was very cozy and comfortable. We loved the sunset view and city view at night. It is very near to the malls, restaurants, and public transpo. we just walked going to SM downtown. I love how the lights were warm as it gives a very cozy atmosphere at night allowing for a good night's sleep, we had really good sleep.. The morning sunlight was very abundant in the room during daytime which allowed us to work and stay focused. the gym and pool is also nice. Hosts were also very responsive and very friendly. they were quick to respond when we had questions or if we need assistance.. there are times tho that the internet gets disconnected but it immediately comes back naman so we were not really bothere by that. Comfort room was really clean as well! smart TV was working really well. it's got everything you need honestly. Thank you so much for taking care of us! till next time! ❤️

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Definitely a recommended place to stay .

Considering that we booked the day that we’ll check in the host is very flexible to accommodate us and responsive to all my queries it is a 5 star for me. Another thing is the room is very conducive and cozy to stay it is quite small yet we still enjoyed our stay . thank you so much !

Susie is very helpful and friendly. I really loved the caretakers of the property, they were very respectful and tried their best to help. The house has an antique vibe. It's really a good place to stay if your party consists of many people. A thing that future guests should know about the place is the area around the property, it has that slim vibe. I walked outside during night time and didn't have any problems though. I still felt pretty safe since the Barangay hall was very near to the property. Another small problem is the internet speed which was around 30mbps. I think it's fast enough for browsing casually, I think the host should get an upgrade to their plan since a speed of 100mbps only costs around ₱1,500 monthly in Parasat I think. Overall, I would say that the place is very worth it's price. ❤️ I will be booking again if given the chance.

The place was super clean and very nice! First and foremost, the host was very responsive and answered all my inquiries promptly. The house rules and guide were clear, easy to understand, and simple to follow. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and all the basic necessities were readily available. While the place didn’t have distilled water provided, you can easily purchase some from nearby stores just outside the building. If you plan to commute, transportation is very accessible — with tricycles and other options conveniently available near the area.
