Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Enjoy your stay in this one-of-a-kind tiny home in downtown Conway! Features a lofted bedroom accessed with a pull out ladder, a spacious, airy kitchen complete with all major appliances, a workspace, a full bathroom complete with washer/dryer, and a lounge area. It’s walking distance to downtown Conway where you will find shopping, restaurants, and local coffee shops. Located less than a mile from all major colleges and less than half a mile from Conway Regional Medical Center.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Green House -- Seconds to L. R. Air Force Base

This recently remodeled Green House is on a tree shaded private residential street just seconds from Little Rock Air Force Base. Convenient commute to Little Rock or North Little Rock hospitals, businesses and attractions. Smart TVs provided for streaming - Netflix provided free by host. Self Check In. Take it easy at this country cottage. This rustic cottage is surrounded by beautiful trees. You can relax on the porch swing, while enjoying the birds sing. It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
