Pura Vida Retreat Center is truly a hidden gem nestled in the charming town of Yelapa. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene atmosphere and welcoming staff. My room was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully designed, offering spaciousness and breathtaking views. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Watsu healing session, which was nothing short of transformative. The staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable experience truly sets this retreat center apart. I can't wait to return to this absolute treasure of a place ,I will be hosting my own retreat here next year

Lovely stay away from all the busy touristy places! If you need to find a true retreat from all that, this is your place! It is a little bit of a walk from the village, yet doable. Be mindful of the schedule of the water taxis that go in and out of Yelapa. Make sure to have enough pesos ahead of getting to Yelapa for the water taxis and other places that only take cash. We only traveled with backpacks and I would highly recommend doing the same so you don’t have to worry about heavy luggage to roll over rocks and steps.

A community of kind, nurturing staff and fellow guests. Location on the side of the hill was funky. Gorgeous view from my room but also the dining pavilion up top. Lots of stairs to climb, from ground level to the dining area. It was a great exercise. An excellent experience.

Absolutamente maravilloso! Súper recomendable para una estancia relajante. Una hospitalidad única! Como en casa. Y el lugar muy muy hermosos con vistas inigualables.

Hermoso! con una vista increíble! No tiene ventanas pero no tiene inconveniente alguno! Tiene lo necesario para estar, mucha vegetación, la piscina linda con vista al mar también, desayunamos ahí y la señora fue muy amable, la recepción también lo fue. Para llegar, hay que caminar un tramo pero se disfruta bastante, está alejado de todo. Iría mil veces más. Lo recomiendo!!!

La casa es muy linda, el jardín esta muy cuidado y el mantenimiento de todos los elementos es impecable, genial el jacuzzi muy limpio y a una temperatura muy agradable y la alberca muy bonita e inmaculadamente limpia. Pudimos estacionar la camioneta dentro para no tener que desmontar las bicicletas. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos dieron toda suerte de recomendaciones locales, tanto de lugares para comer como de atracciones cercanas. Sin ninguna duda volveremos a alojarnos allí.

Sin duda el mejor Airbnb en el que me he hospedado. Jorge y su familia muy atentos en todo momento. La comida riquísima, la habitación impecable y la vista inmejorable. El lugar ideal para ir a relajarte y desconectarte de la ciudad por un momento. Ya quiero regresar.
