We booked this villa last minute after we had already arrived in the Bahamas. The AirBnB we booked was awful so we actually ended up booking this place (in addition to the place we originally booked unfortunately). We wanted somewhere nice for Christmas. Everything was fantastic and it saved our holiday. The only sad part was that we could not stay longer as it was already booked so we had to return to our other AirBnB for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place. Was clean and had everything you would need. Plus the beach club and restaurant are great. Our girls used the gym and we got coffee at the dock every morning. The staff at the beach bar by the pool were amazing. There was a really lovely woman that looked after us each day. We loved the marina view every morning. The queen room has a small bunk room attached (via the bathroom) so this is good for little kids. Our teen daughters took over the queen room and the bunk room so it worked out perfectly for our stay.

The place was amazing and the environment was peaceful and very clean . Also , the owner Antonio was very helpful and was able to answer every query that I had . He also assisted with my flat tyre . Its a home away from home .

Was a great place to stay for my family of 3. It was a great size, functional and in a great location. Elise was very responsive with any questions we had. Hoping to come back someday!

Great great location! Precious and her daughter were wonderful! Close to everything .. gorgeous beach 1 minute walk! Watched the sunset there every night! Grocery store 1 block away. Super easy to catch the bus right in front of suite! Island time is real. We had such a great stay. Heads up. Make sure and request the king bed if that’s what you are after! It’s only on special request. I would definitely recommend Precious’ place to anyone visiting the Bahamas. Until next time !

Although our stay was brief, we enjoyed our time there. The unit is beautiful & the host is very accommodating.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chyrisse’s place, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. It wasn’t the most little kid friendly due to the glass furniture however we knew that based on the listing photos. The place was clean and had all of the essentials needed for cooking, bathing and pool. The pool was great with an amazing view of the beach. The beach wasn’t great, lots of rocks and very small. We didn’t rent a car but there were many restaurants in walking distance. Restaurants at Baha Mar 15 min walk or restaurants along cable beach entrance 10-15 min walk. Grocery store about a 15 min walk as well. The receptionist was also helpful in finding us a taxi. We walked down to a public entrance to cable beach by sandals hotel and it was not the best. Less rocks but lots of jet ski activity. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This condo is a very good option if visiting Nassau and want to avoid the resort crowds. The unit is very spacious and modern. The pool deck is immaculate and the highlight of the property. I've stayed in this building before and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear from the elements. The unit itself has similiar feel including the furniture. There is a lack of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants in the area so having a kitchen is helpful. Can walk to beach very easily. Enjoyed the stay and would return. Host is very responsive and helpful.

If you are looking for an awesome condo with an almost private pool and beautiful view this is the place. The people there are extremely nice and provide us ideas on places to eat. And the security personnel were wonderful.

We took our family of 5 for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The accommodations were exactly as described and we loved Palm Cay. Quiet, private, tropical experience is exactly what we were looking for and its exactly what we got. We had a rental car with us for the week so was easy to run back and forth to the beach club, to the local grocery store, or go over to Paradise Island. I would recommend the private charters they offer as well, so nice to have your own experience when you see how they pile people onto some of those excursion boats. The food at Pink Octopus, the Palm Cay restaurant actually exceeded our expectations for a usual resort restaurant. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, polite, and courteous. As hosts; Scott and Julie were tremendous.. quick to respond, thoughtful recommendations, and helpful in any way. This place was well worth the $$!! Might turn into an annual trip for us.

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful place on paradise island. We would def stay again, it’s a quiet, relaxing and modern spot, walkable to everything you need and want to see in the area. Thank you Chauncy for your responsiveness, we felt at home and taken care of. Also, the bed was amazing and the front security people lovely!

This was my second stay at Elvira's place and it was impeccable. Elvira goes way above and beyond the other hosts at this property. I know because I've stayed at several other AirBNBs at Palm Cay. First, there is the personal touch. She or a member of her family greets you in person to let you in. This is a welcome change from other hosts who have electronic key locks for which they don't give you full instructions and so you spend a good 30 minutes of your stay just trying to get into the place. Next, Elvira's place is beautifully decorated with local art on the walls. There is even a gift basket with local treats and a 5-gallon water dispenser, which trust me is way more valuable than it sounds. Without it, you are trekking to the nearby grocery store to buy gallon bottles of water for drinking and cooking. My husband, who was not with me on my 1st visit said the second he entered, "Wow, this feels like home!" It does! Immaculately clean and so comfortably appointed.

Loved our stay at Starfish! Having never been to Nassau I think I asked more questions than I have to any other host and she responded very timely and was super knowledgeable every time! The location was perfect for our family providing very easy access to the beach and pools. Very chill atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the day passes for $22/day which gave us even more beach access, Inc bar and Pink Octopus access. Would definitely recommend this as well. The staff were amazing and so friendly they felt like friends! The condo was very clean and spacious. Was hard to leave and head back to the cold!

Chantale's home is beautiful and in a great location. We felt secure, pool access was a plus for the kids, and the beach is a minute walk. Location is close to restaurant, grocery store, and marina. Chantale is a great host and was easily accessible by phone and Airbnb message. We will definitely visit again soon. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We loved the proximity of this property to the beach & restaurants. It was extremely safe & walkable. The “neighborhood” of the villa was so quiet! We had an infant with us and the villa had everything we needed. Having the washer & dryer in the unit was a bonus! The villa was pristine. Kyrene was so responsive to our requests & helpful. We’d definitely recommend to friends & family.

The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings relaxing in the cozy ambiance of the house. Overall, Pink Palms was a wonderful choice for our special celebration. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and conveniently located getaway. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Super fun to stay here we had a great time swimming around the local reefs and a great experience fishing off the dock and it was overall a great experience the beds where very good with adjusting features it’s was very good :)

Great place! We stayed for a week with 3 kids, the youngest being 3. Alicia met us at the house when we arrived to show us everything and give some local recommendations. She also came back when we were checking out to make sure we were good to go. She was a lovely woman! The house was clean with just enough of everything you could need. They even had beach toys for the little one. The views were AMAZING! Alicia and Sandy were both very responsive and helpful, they really made us feel welcome. The location is perfect. It’s quiet and peaceful and centrally located so no place is more than about 30-40 minutes away. MUCH better location than downtown where it’s overflowing with cruise ship patrons. I would definitely rent a car while staying here, the island is very fun to explore. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, quiet and clean space. A little far from downtown but if you hop on bus #15, you’ll be get there within 30 minutes at only $1.50.
